Love this store and the family that works it! They were so very kind and wonderful to us. Huge selection and had all the items for everyone back on the mainland that was on my list plus some things I didn't know I needed... Great store!

I walked into this store and a middle aged man was screaming at 2 Hawaiian women employees. He did not stop but kept berating them with customers in the store. He was literally screaming “ you're a liar†at one woman. I finally was so disgusted I asked him if he was the owner and he said he said he was and asked me what I wanted. I told him I wouldn't buy anything from him because of the way he talked to those poor woman. He screamed at me to get out of his store and followed me outside the store, still screaming. If he would have taken 1 step closer to me, I would have called the police. I hope his employees sue him.

I just stopped at the store today because it looked interesting and fun. When I walked inside, like the other reviews, there was a Middle Eastern man screaming at 2 female Hawaiian employees, calling them "liars" because they denied having garlic in their lunch. Apparently, he thought they smelled bad. He was at the front of the store and clearly had no issue with screaming at them, even in front of customers. When I realized he wasn't going to stop, I ask him if he was the owner and a proudly said "Yes!" I told him he wouldn't have my business because of how he talked to the women. He screamed at me to "get out" of his store. Mind you, I was with my 10 year old son. He then followed me and my son out of the store yelling at me on the street. What a horrible human. I'm sure all the locals have their own story about this guy.

Amazing selection of shirts, hats, tanks, and other souvenirs (not all "red dirt"-themed) to remind us of our trip to the Garden Isle. Found a few shirts on the bargain racks out on the sidewalk in front of the store, which made the total purchase less damaging to my wallet. Friendly staff who even through in a couple of freebies (bracelets, hair accessories) since we did drop over $175 on this visit. The current 2-star rating makes no sense since we had no issues in the store, and received great customer service from the two ladies running the shack. Mahalo!

We stopped at this store on our way back from the canyon. We were shocked to hear what sounded like the owner, a middle aged, middle Eastern man verbally abusing and berating an older lady, who seemed to be his employee. He did not care who could hear him as he degraded her for not speaking clear English. He insulted her and her heritage in front of us. She simply remained silent the entire time and did not utter one word. This man was so disrespectful to this poor woman.

Overall: rude, untrustworthy store looking to rip you off. went here excited to buy a dirt shirt after hearing about them long ago. After I walked in I was ignored buy a guy speaking On the phone the whole time. When he could be bothered to talk, he tried to sell me a $15 hat for $22. (I asked him the price out of curiosity and he started bargaining with me) The shirts were not organized and all the giant $10 sales signs only applied to the shirts outside the store. Very misleading and dishonest store.
