He was clearly skilled and knowledgeable. He was able to put my car in neutral and maneuver my car out of my building's garage and hook it to his tow truck quickly and easily. He offered for me to ride with him or not. I needed to stay where I was. James texted me to let me know when he had dropped off my car to the designated repair shop successfully. He charged me $40 less than the person who towed my car the same distance the prior week. He accepts credit cards, Venmo, and cash. (Many towing companies only accept cash.). I was highly pleased with this service. James was communicative, responsive, and quick.”
