The female clerk has terrible customer service. 0 eye contact, 0 empathy, after I told her UPS delivered my Amazon package and left it out in the rain, box half opened, and bulb of heater completely shattered and glass all over the floor, she gave me a customer service number, said “we are just an outlet store and you’d have to call UPS” like what? Why does the store say “UPS store” and all their shirts say “UPS”? I was left with a broken $250 item that was destroyed from mishandling on UPS’s part, and an automated phone number that gives me no option to talk to an actual person or file a claim.

Jeffrey Johnson. I saw your complaint. You need to understand that these employees have to access your documents on their store laptop, select how many copies, if you want them in color/bw, size, etc, and then open up another document get that printed, time spent, so I truly understand why there should be a surcharge. I’m so glad that we have a The UPS Store close by that I’m able to get my printing done. The staff remembers are amazing, great customer service and go at great length helping customers. For you to say it costed you more, maybe my suggestion is to invest in your own printer and save the trouble of posting a negative review.

I went to this store to have an 11 page document printed. Pages are $.30 per page to print, which is fine. But they charge an “email surcharge” of $2.50 to email them your document. How is one supposed to avoid this “surcharge”? Flash drive I guess? I’m certain that would have taken more steps to use than the 3 clicks it took to print an attached document from email. There's no option to pre-order online.EDIT: Just got home and realized that although they charged me for all 11 pages, I'm missing the last 3 pages (shame on me for not checking!).EDIT 2: Called to get a refund, and they were kind and helpful. Gave 2 stars back. Ended up going to Waikoloa Mailbox and they printed my document for half the price.

The service is exceptional. The staff is very customer oriented. They know your name when you walk in and greet you. They are very careful with my packages, offer help to carry heavy items.

I had read about return packages gone missing at this ups store but had great service thus far. Then I sent a quilt back to Amazon. Walked in with my box, the guy took it apparently scanned it and off it went. But not back to Amazon so now I am paying for a quilt I no longer have. I will be much more careful next time I need to send something back.

Compared to other UPS stores I have frequented, this store continues to be friendly and efficient. This is my "go to" store for shipping, notary and printing needs.

So crazy that people would complain because of an employee being on the phone with tech services.....duh you have to have things working right to HELP the customers, no patience anymore...The employees here are always kind and helpful.

The woman with short grey hair im assuming to be the owner since she is the only employee that is being reported as rude is probably the most toxic person I have to deal with on a weekly basis. Dont trust her to give you the right info so make sure you ask another employee and try not to make eye contact or she might engage with you.

Horrible service .. I would understand if the owner pays attention to the problem first rather than was upset as me . Yes I was upset , so I went early in the morning but instead of helping me to understand what is going on the owner wast just as upset as me. I meant is that how you talk to your customers ? How rude . And what the documents is still in UK. I wasTed my money sending these important documents and I got the express one . But still in UK it’s been a week A WEEK !! WHAT A POOR SERVICE!! EVEN put the wrong address . I will never return to any ups store.Thank you to Lani who helped me , she called the delivery first and explain it to me that’s what I was expecting. To help you first ! Never know how busy a place may be, but no matter how busy I feel I always get the friendly attention and the job completion I need. Copies, notary and other services. Packing and shipping, notecards and some office supplies and packing supplies. Mailboxes too. They do their best to make it as easy and efficient as possible. Good friendly service, as they take care of business.Im an artist and needed some special attention with enlarging images making some color prints of my work. Went a couple places who did not have the patience to work with me. Ive now had a long, dependable relationship with this Ups. Convenient at Parker Square in Waimea.
