Rude customer service… literally asked for a pair of shoes and the worker got so upset and stomped over to check and then told me he’d get someone else to help me. As if I knew he wasn’t the person to ask for shoes.

It's definitely a preference thing. I am an Adidas fan so obviously I go to the outlet. They typically have sales and the selection of gear is more than adequate. More often than not I spend less here than I would at a retail store.

Good deals and friendly staff! The only thing that keeps me from ranking it higher is variety in selection, which is to be expected from an outlet store. They definitely have some nice items that make it worth dropping in when it comes to athletic wear, but lacks as on overall shopping experience.
