Braxton Ah Nee literally saved the day! I was so stressed dealing with my car’s battery, but he was friendly and kind when I talked to him on the phone. He told me to come in and he would install the battery. Braxton is incredibly knowledgeable about cars and quickly installed the new car battery. His customer service is excellent, and the other staff are very nice, too. Braxton is an exemplary employee of Auto Zone, and I will be a repeat customer because of him!

No stars! I went there recently to get my key fob battery changed. Cashier Asian guy in his 50’s was extremely rude. I previously had my key fob changed by a cashier there a while back. This guy didn’t even want to help me.. saying “liability we don’t changed batteries.” I proceeded to ask what batteries do I need. He shrugged and gave me a “I don’t know.” He wouldn’t even help me. I walked out.

I wanted to thank the young man (Alex) who took his time assisting me with replacing my interior lights for my car on 10-5-24. He not only researched which bulb to use but offered to show me where my fuse box was in my car and how to determine which fuse was for my interior lights. Alex explained and showed me how to replace it and even pointed out that I should check for a spare fuse in the fuse box before purchasing a fuse from the store. He was not only patient, caring and helpful. Alex took the extra time to help out a “lost” woman and he didn’t have to but he did. And he was more than happy to assist me and my nephew. He even saved me money by suggesting to check for a spare fuse in my fuse box which there was. Absolutely amazing worker. Thank you Alex! The workers here always make me feel comfortable no matter how silly my questions are about car parts. They truly care. Again thank you Auto Zone-Waipahu!

Brandon at the waipahu store is an incredible multi tasker. It seemed like he was the only one who knew what to do. He was doing a return of some sort when I walked in, helped me get my tailgate cable and was having his 2 other workers pulling orders all at the same time. And was pleasant throughout it all.

Pretty bad. I called this store if they can do free battery test as Autozone website says. A customer service person said Yes and told me to just bring my car anytime. At the store, a man behind the counter said “bring your battery into the store “ with a real mean face. How I remove the battery from my car and bring it in to the store. The man’s attitude was pretty bad. Really looking down kind of mood. I just asked politely. Why? I will not purchase anything from this store.

All of these other people saying weird stuff like “I know the return policy but they didn’t return my product after I past the return date” or 2stars cause they had to much customer service such as “ associates ask if I’m ok or need help too much they’re smothering me” autozone has never given me or my family anything but good customer service and support they got me what I needed quick and hassle free and how’s this I even seen associate Kalen and Andrew buy some homeless guy water there so much aloha in that store i can’t express.!!. It’s not just work to these guys they always tryna help and they good hearted people in and out of work to me that’s a good thing we need more positive vibes ??

Autozone waipahu scammed me for a battery they told me they can't compensate me for my battery but they can take it even after I heard on the radio you can bring in your battery and they compensate you for it worse service ever!!!

I went to AutoZone and Zayne D helped me with everything I needed. He was so helpful and kind. He checked my battery and helped swap it out for me. I also needed new headlights and he recommended the right ones. Highly recommend coming to this AutoZone!

Bought a tire inflator from this store back in February of 2023 and it broke the second time of being used. I understand the store policy for returns is such and such time from the time of purchase, but after explaining to the associate over the phone that for an tire inflator that's not going to be used often it will most likely surpass the date of returning. The associate put me on a brief hold, probably to ask someone, and return to tell me to bring in the broken one to be replaced.I arrived at the store with my broken product only to be turned away because I have surpassed the return date. My issue is not the return policy but what I was told will not be honored after going out of my way and wasting my time.I've been coming to AutoZone for awhile now to purchase their product whether it's filters, oil, wipers, etc. but after today I will not be a returning customer.
