The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only curious thought is to why I have to pay $10.00 as a non-account customer for currency exchange IF they have the loan on my mortgage? I'd have rated BOH higher if it wasn't for that. However, the teller staff are solid 4 stars if not 5!

Friendly, helpful Staff. Online Banking is very convenient. Glad Kunia & Waipahu Locations open at 8am.

I've been coming here for the last two years. Nick and his managers have been awesome to me and what I need done. A lot of other banks won't work with you or hear you out. These guys go beyond that to make sure you get done what's needed.
