Hands down the best and fastest service ever at a Firestone. Tons of parking. Easy to make appointment online.

I recently bought all 4 tires from another Firestone location, and just my luck not even a week later my car alerts me that my back left tire was low. Even after I filled it back up with air, the next day it alerted me again that it's even lower. I couldn't see anything in the tire, but I called this location (because it was closer to me), and asked if they could see me. The gentleman (sorry I forgot his name), told they are all booked but if I come now they will squeeze me in I'll just have to wait a while if that's ok. As much as I didn't want to wait, I had to get this fixed. Once I got there, both guys at the desk were very welcoming and knew exactly why I was there already from the phone call. They did explain to me it could take up to 3 hours due to them being booked up but they would try to get it done before then if they could. I didn't have a ride so o had to stay and wait. Well, these guys are amazing because they got me in and out in and hour and a half! Made me so happy, and I'm sure I can speak for most or all women that we dread coming to get anything fixed when it comes to our car, because we always seemed to get hustled into shit we don't really need fixed. But not these guys. I actually felt comfortable, and was thankful they found the nail in the middle of my tire that you couldn't see. Mahalo Firestone Waipahu! You definitely should come to this location.

Went to get a full set of tires for my toaster, oil change and lifetime alignment. The guys at reception: Jacob and Jamil were helpful, knowledgeable, informed me about options and offered excellent customer service. I did not stay in the waiting area while my toaster was getting worked on, they'd call every now and then to give me service updates and when it was time to pick it up. Initially had my appointment at FS Dillingham, but they didn't have my tires in stock. S/O to Matt K. for checking around and sending me to FS Waipahu to get services rendered.

After over 20 years of business with Firestone and at this location, I will no longer provide them my business or referrals. The Road Hazard service is a scam. We purchased 4 tires, 4/2020 with 65,000 mile warranty and Road Hazard Service. Well we had a very slow leak in a back tire, so coordinated to get it repaired under warranty. Note: Tires purchased and mileage on vehicle was only 50,954. At time of bringing car in for tire repair today 2/23/2023 was 75,214 miles. So only 24,260 was the mileage put on the new tires. Clearly less than what is considered very low mileage, when less then 10,000 miles a year.Well we were told the tire we brought the car in for needed to be replaced and we needed to pay difference of value. Then were told that the two front tires needed to be replaced, due to wear being around a 2 level, measurement they use for tire wearing. Also, that one of the front tires had a patch. Well why would we have a patch since we had the Hazard Road service warranty...think about it. Basically, we had to replace 3 tires at a cost of $405, when we paid for 4 tires in 2020 for $497. Think about this, is something very wrong here....yes! They have lost my business and referrals...stay away from them, the business practice is very sketchy and questionable. You have been warned and this is the first review of this nature I have done, so appreciate my frustration and dissatisfaction with Firestone.

Disappointed in the service. Technician scratched my truck rim. They offered a 15% discount on my next visit, keep the discount I will never go there again.

From calling to making an appt to checking out they were very friendly and nice. I needed one new tire & it was a reasonable price. One thing I loved was that they were able to mount my new tire onto my SUV and dispose my old one with no extra charge. & they also put my spare tire back underneath my SUV which was not easy for me to take off. Awesome Customer service!

Couple months ago took my car for a alignment job and they did a terrible job, my car still pull to the right, also recently I did a brake job on my car and when I was trying to remove the lug nuts it was so freaking tight to a point probably would've cause the studs to break, that's how tight it was, they don't torque it, they tighten with a impact gun.. Firestone you just lost my trust and lost a customer for life, never taking my car there for any repairs.

If you schedule an appointment online for this business, it is meaningless. You will get a call a few hours before the appointment telling you that your appointment is cancelled, the website doesn't actually work, and everyone with appointments that day scheduled them at least a week in advance. Not the staff's fault. Just poorly managed.

My experience with Firestone was Fantastic. From Brittni making my Wheel Alignment appointment to Brock checking me in. Fast, Friendly & Professional. Shout out to the tech that worked on my vehicle. They went out of their way to inform me of an issue they came across and recommended that I get that fixed. Thanks for also printing two separate invoices as I requested. Firestone will be top on my list of places to go if I ever need future repairs. Mahalo!

I value time; I would hope a business would, too. I planned ahead of time to schedule my appointment to change 4 tires I had purchased and just needed changing. I made an online appointment on 10/16/21 using their automated system; and received an email indicating the appointment is "processing". Shortly after, I received an email confirmation with a reservation #. Ok, cool. I should be all set. Then I get a phone call on the same day in the afternoon from Firestone wanting more details so they know how to better help me. Since it was a voicemail, I returned the call within 15-minutes, and I laid out exactly what I needed--change 4 tires that I would be bringing in to them to replace. The rep acknowledged all of this, and said, "See you next Saturday, 10/23/21 at 8:00am." I replied, "Thank you!" Note, on 10/21/21, I received an email reminder about my appointment--pretty standard for a business to inform you 48 hours out. Cool, thanks, it's on my calendar. Day of appointment is here. I show up to Firestone 5-minutes prior to my appointment to check-in; and boom... my name is not in the system. The guy asked for my phone number. Nothing. I said I have a reservation number. He said that he couldn't track the appointment with the #; then proceeds to show me his computer screen that my name is not on the schedule; and told me that I must be at the wrong place. *scratching head* ... I must've talked to a ghost perhaps last week Saturday; and I guess some phantom emails just made its way into my inbox to let me know that I have to show up at Firestone at 8:00am. Okay, so I look back at my "confirmation emails". I verbally confirmed the phone number they called me from and the number I called them at, as well as the address I was at. He replied, "Yes, that's all correct." Anyway, Firestone could not take my vehicle to change my tires this morning even with a voicemail to me, a return call to them, and 3 emails to show the appointment was set, so I left, but before doing so, was offered the only option to leave my car but not guaranteed to be serviced today because they were already booked and busy. That was it. Why give me an option without laying out any more details like estimated timeframe if it was left today... are we talking Sunday, Monday, next month? I'm a very reasonable person; and I get tech glitches happen in systems, but c'mon, I talked to you all on the phone, and I'm pretty sure the voice wasn't automated like the non-functioning online appointment system in-place. Management should take this feedback and figure out what happened, so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Return business is contingent upon how you will respond to future occurrences like this; and how frontline staff treat the situations--ability to problem solve and communicate are important traits in any customer service job--when you don't go the extra mile to provide a better solution or timeline of a fix aside from what I was given today, will be the difference between someone coming back to your business or not.

We found a staple in my tire today after pulling over to put air in when the low tire pressure light came on. Drove to Firestone and was able to be helped same day. We were hoping it only needed to be repaired but the staple was too close to the sidewall so it needed to be replaced. Thank goodness they had the tire we needed. The whole service took about two hours. We were satisfied with our service.

Stay far away, had front brakes and rotors replaced 2019. Few months later brakes skipping feeling uneven. Took it in and they said I need new rotors??? I complained that they just installed new rotors. Guy calls back and said okay we took care of it. A few months later it does the same. Take it back in and again guy says you need new rotors. Same thing except this time he says we resurfaced it. Again happened and again needs new rotors. Now the fourth time 2yrs later and 20k miles he states need new rotors not covered under warranty. Worst place ever!

I was shopping for tires and found some on a tire website. I was able to order them, have them shipped to Firestone and Firestone was going to install them. The shipping was quick and once I was notified that the tires were delivered, I was able to call and easily make an appointment. When I brought my car in for the 8am appointment, check in was quick and was quoted a 2 hour wait. I received a call about 1hr 45min later that my car was ready. Payment was quick and my seat and steering wheel was covered in plastic. Great experience!
