Horrible horrible store it’s a mess the manager the shorter lady that spoke very very unprofessional an kept call me sweetie? She didn’t help me she stated while the line was to the back an the one worker with her did everything. When I asked her to ring me up she did she kept pushing the Carter credit card on me an when I said no she said that’s fine for my return she would need my ID she then did something on the pin pad an I got a letter in the mail saying I was not approved for the Carter’s credit card but I never applied meaning she committed fraud please be very careful I’ve talk to a couple locals around the store an said she does that constantly that’s why they no longer shop when she’s there

Our favorite place to shop for baby clothes! Has always been well stocked and had our sizes. Clothing fits true to size. Our daughter looks super cute in everything we get from her.

Carter's and Oshkosh are great companies to buy kid clothes. The clothes last long and its cutee , but as an employee it's not the greatest. The training for both managers and sales aren't great, they don't really take their time to do proper training. . Most of the managers are still learning as they go. They're constantly changing management and employees are constantly leaving. They're always short staff as well. There's only one part coverage most of the time. Plus the hiring process takes months to do. I wouldn't recommend this store as a former employee. I miss the old management that they had before the new one now. It doesn't feel like a family anymore and it just not a great positive area.

The management is always changing there. Makes it hard to connect with new employees all the time. Miss the people that used to work there before. They were a lot more friendly and knowledgeable than the people that work there now.

The ladies in this store are absolutely amazing! Very friendly, lots of help and kept busy the entire time we were in there. Prices are great, as you could expect from an outlet. We purchased a 5 pack of onesie that retail for $26, we paid $12. If you love carter's like we do, the outlet is the way to go!

My daughter's 1st birthday is coming up and because of Covid, I haven't really purchased cute outfits for her to wear because we don't take her out that much. BUT I decided to stop by today and buy her a cute outfit for our plans this weekend. They had great promotions going on so I decided to buy a couple of outfits, shoes, swimgear, etc...Ended up spending over $100 on my Carter's credit card. Went a couple doors down to Oshkosh and ended up finding one item in a different color that I liked better. I came back to return the one I bought from Carters. I'm going to assume she was the Manager on Duty, brought up voiding the transaction to another associate and handed me off to him. He ended up voiding the transaction and then ringing me back up again for everything I originally purchased minus the item I wanted to return. I work retail so I'm assuming it's because they wanted to avoid a return or to protect some type of Performance Metric that corporate tracks. Regardless, it was a sketchy way to complete a refund for one item from an original 6+ item purchase. That's not the end of my horrible experience - they had a promotion going on where you can get 40% off when you purchase 4 or more shoes. I purchased 2 shoes from Carter's and 2 shoes from Oshkosh and inquired about the promotion since I know the two are sister stores but I wasn't sure to what extent. Holden, the employee that was processing this generic "return" transaction offered to ship the two shoes I purchased from Oshkosh to get the 40% off with the 2 shoes I purchased from Carters - and told me I could return the shoes back to Oshkosh for a refund. Okay, I understood the idea of that since I bought it from that store. Then I spoke to Customer Service and turns out they could've returned the shoes there (since all shoes were Carter's brand) and re-rung it up with my current purchase for the discount. Instead of helping a customer get the best experience possible and helping someone go home with everything they came in for - they decided that it was more important to get a Ship to Home order. Now I have to wait for a $130 charge to drop off my credit card when it could've just been a $25 refund.

Great service with outstanding prices. They're trying their best to keep social distancing by limiting the number of customers in the store. The only gripe I would have is that the giant people who visit this store also have giant kids in giant double strollers. Interesting to see multiple women nudging each other like rhinos pushing their nine year olds whose feet drag on the floor. So yes! Store was great and people watching was even better.
