It was such a pleasure to work with Complete Custom Flooring. Lani was extremely patient in our long-standing quest on what flooring to pick. She was very knowledgeable and informative on the different brands we looked at. She listened to what we wanted and helped us make our final decision. Above all, it was truly service with a smile! Flooring 323 worked alongside our contractor for a detailed Jon at my Aunty's and Uncle's Kahala home. All the flooring, bathrooms and kitchen look completely fresh and modern. The pattern each flooring specialist installed for each area was unique to my family's specifications. Job well done!

If you are looking for someone that will take care of EVERYTHING, go and see Lani at Complete Custom Floors. She is the ultimate professional. From showing us samples all the way to completion, she handled and coordinated everything. To top it off, her pricing was either, at or below, all the other estimates we received. We are totally satisfied and happy with our floors!!

We hired Reid and his crew to tile our new Offices and Warehouses in Campbell Industrial. We asked Reid to give us an awesome feel as you come through the front doors and make your way up the stairway. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and we certainly got our WOW look on the entry stairs. Thanks to everyone at Flooring 323 keep up the great work. Brian

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** If you're looking for a well-educated, honest professional, go see Lani! I contacted Lani based on Yelp reviews and she was awesome. For those that like bullets (easy reading) vs paragraphs, here's my input: -PRO's: -Support woman owned business -Genuine professional that takes the time to educate you on what is best for your situation -Affordable but quality (She is not the cheapest for labor, but it fair if you want it done right) -Patient -Communicates in a timely manner Review is based on my inquiry for residential Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. I did purchase materials from Lani, but not installation. I would hire her to install, but we couldn't refuse the "family" pricing from friend. I would definitely consider Lani for any future projects!!

Excellent customer service and workmanship! Leilani was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and extremely helpful in helping us decide the right type of flooring and design for our home. Went to a couple other flooring warehouses. Complete Custom Floors was by far the best. Leilani, owner, was so helpful. She educated me on everything from moisture issues to color coordinating. She gave her opinion if you wanted it and was very honest about it. She texted me pictures of homes she worked on with the same flooring so I could see what it actually looked like in a home with furniture. After my second day there, we have our flooring including bathroom and shower picked out. She made this overwhelming process a lot more comfortable.
