I sent an arrangement to a coworker. The delivery was not able to be made because coworker went into hospital. Waipahu office held the order anticipating that my coworker would return home soon. Coworker did not. I spoke with Anna, she provided a refund with no problem whatsoever. I appreciate the no stress refund and the willingness of this manager. I will absolutely purchase from this store again.

Incredibly unprofessional and very poor customer service.
I ordered a Mother's Day bundle as a gift to 3 mother's that live in the same house and it never showed up. I ordered 10 days in advance from Mother's Day and got all the email confirmations etc leading up to Mother's Day. The delivery simply just did not show up. No explanation why.
I live in a timzone 6 hours ahead of HST, so I didn't learn about this until the next morning when I learned my family never received their gift.
Someone from the store called the next day and apologized saying they were very busy yesterday. I just don't understand why they would continue to ACCEPT orders if they ARE NOT ABLE TO FULFILL THEM. I ordered 10 days in advance - if you were backed up on orders from 10 days in advance THEN TELL ME YOU CAN'T FULFILL MINE so I can find a different gift option for the 3 mothers in my life.
I'm additionally upset because they didn't offer any sort of consolation for neglecting my order - no discount, no store credit, nothing. The options were to deliver it on a later date or get a refund - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE EFFORT.
TLDR; don't order from this company and this store. Support small local businesses instead of chains. I learned this lesson the hard way.

They went back to the delivery site (hotel) twice to ensure that the person getting the delivery would get it after the hotel refused to hold the item for them. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered flowers, a cake,"40 balloons" and a customized birthday card with my daughter's picture. I ordered it the same day of delivery and they were ably to put this order together that same day. I'm so impressed. Later that day my daughter sent me a picture of everything and it was all so perfect! The flowers were so fresh and full, the cake had fresh strawberries, the balloons were huge and the card was so cute. But here was the best part of it. When they delivered it she wasn't home so they called and texted her. She didn't respond so they called me to see if I could contact her. When I could either I called the delivery person back and apologized and suggested they leave it at the door or my daughter could pick it up later from the shop. They said they didn't want to leave it there so the heat wouldn't affect the cake and flowers and they would just wait to see if my daughter returns. Who does that! This person was so kind and thoughtful, I've never encountered that in a delivery person. They waited until my daughter called them back and arranged to pick everything up from the shop. I'm just so impressed with everything about this order! Great service like this deserves to be recognized. I will only use them for my Hawaii delivery's.

The one star is for their customer service. This business lacks customer service. No friendly greetings, at tines there aren't staff at the counter. It would be nice to be greeted by a friendly face. As for the arrangement they are somewhat ok.

Aloha,I normally come to this edible then the others because of the customer service. Yes, a little out of my way. I could go to kaneohe or town do to always working in town, however Ana always provides great customer service and makes it happen on a last min call or just the call.The fruits just seem so much yummier when it's made by the love from this store.Mahalo Ana & crew more making it happen.

Edible Arrangements has always been my one stop shop for special occasions. This location is wonderful because it’s close to home. Ana was very hospitable, able to accommodate my birthday gift same-day with no issues in a reasonable amount of time. Claire was super easygoing & informative regarding any questions I had in-store about the products. While waiting, the other staff members often checked if I had been helped. Most def will return!
