One week turn around is typical. Expedited service is available for a fee. Same day is do-able if you're in a bind. You can gauge the quality of a person's customer service by their attitude nearing or after shop hours -- Eric was polite, engaging, and listened intently to my needs!I quickly set up an appointment with him. Eric is very professional and responsive. For the labor required, Eric's price was very reasonable! He does pick up and drop off.Eric quoted me a week for return time, but got it done in 5 days! “I needed repair on my washer. The detergent dispenser was not draining completely. Kenneth did a diagnostic test on my LG washer. Everything is working properly.
