Was pretty great other than the fact that I had set an appt for 2pm but they didn’t take my car in until over an hour later.. disappointed for that considering work time that’s why I had set the apt.

My wife took our truck to fix the hose that had a small leak. In order to get to the hose they had to pass by the water pump which they say had to be fixed. instead of calling my wife to let her know about the water pump situation they went ahead and fixed the small leak which was about $400 when my wife return they told her that the water pump needed to be fixed asap and it would cost $1100. Had we known we would have told them to fixed the bigger problem first. What’s more messed up is the mechanic agreed with my wife after she told him you could’ve fixed the water pump first smh.

I had an appointment at 9 AM and they were all friendly and professional and got my two front tires changed and oil change and new windshield wipers and was done by 10 o’clock knowing my situation where I just had back surgery extremely extremely the best. Brock went beyond and above to help me out. I recently had back surgery. They helped me not just with my car but even helping me get up and get around. I highly recommend this Firestone I’ve been going here for years and have never had a problem. I give them six stars. The time spent waiting was not that long. I asked questions, and they answered every question that I had.
