Glenn and Kasey (forgive me if I spelt your name wrong) were amazing! I had no idea what was wrong with my car as a persistent loud noise had overwhelmed me for a couple of months. Prior to bringing my car to Glenn’s, I checked with my dealer, whom I won’t mention, that said the loud noise was due to the uneven tread depths of my recently purchased tires (2 new ones in the front and the 2 older ones in the back) Glenn was referred to us by friends who regularly take their vehicles to this shop because of the great services given. From the time I dropped off my car, till the moment I picked it up, both Glenn and Kasey explained in thorough detail, everything that I needed to know regarding the diagnosis- worn rear WHEEL BEARINGS, not uneven tire tread depth like the dealer told me.. The wheel bearings were so bad, that he didn’t know how I made it this long driving in that condition. Glenn tried his best to help keep the cost down as I had just replaced the older worn out tires 2 days prior thinking this would solve my loud noise problem! When picking up my car, he walked me through what happened and how he fixed it. As a female who’s father was a lifetime mechanic who passed a year ago and no longer having his help to maintain my car, I truly appreciate that Glenn broke everything down for me to understand and even offered for me to reach out anytime if I ever had any questions. Finding honest and trustworthy people in this money driven industry is so hard to find now days, but not here with Glenn and Kasey! Without a doubt, we will now be servicing all of our vehicles here and encourage you to do so as well! Mahalo piha!

My car's safety check is expiring at the end of the month and I needed a place to have it done. My usual spit couldn't accommodate me and another shop only does safety checks through appointment only. A friend recommended Glen's and I'm glad they did. They were closing up when I called, but the owner (I assumed it was him) today me to bring it in anyway. The face that they w ere able to accommodate me last minute shows how's much my business was valued. I will be going back to them again in the future for sure with other services I need done!

Glen is a diligent, honest old-school mechanic. He knows his craft and is fair and stands by his work. He doesn't do used parts or low grade aftermarket stuff. We first found him years ago while looking for a 2nd opinion of a Good car suggested repair. He found and showed us cracked engine mounts the GoodYear missed. He earned our trust repairing our cars over the last 9 years. He is our go-to mechanic. NOTE: his doesn't do American cars as far as I know. He did repair some issues with my wife's Mazda but he kinda of wrinkled his nose at it calling it a "Ford" (which it is) lol. He is a Honda specialist, but does Toyotas, Nissans and their related brands for sure.Services: Battery

Glen is awesome. He goes waaay out of his way to earn your trust. He didn’t have to as we are tourists. But we have local fam. Building trust and good will is challenging for the best of us but glen does it in spades.

Needed to replace my starter. Usually on weekends shops are either closed or close early. Thankful for Glen to get me last minute. Not only did he replace my starter but he went out of he's way to fix another problem I had with no cost. Thank you so much! Definitely coming back for all my Auto needs
