we did an online appointment with a tire,got a confirmation and everything for 10/23/19 @5pm...... so i get there no one was in the office waited 8 minutes till i decided to walk to the back. then the guy tells me the frickin tire aint even in stock making me waste my f****** time

Note that this is a distribution center. They do not sell tires to the public or provide any services. Staff is otherwise great. There is a service center nearby.
