Guess it's not for me...Once one of my favorites shop at Ala Moana Center sadly is now long gone though still having this outlet shop at Waikele Premium Outlet is still appreciated the selections now feels a bit dated. Many items are super cropped, overly bling bling and just the most basic sandals and shirts sadly feeling the larget ages are for the the tweens.Prices of the BOGO half isn't the deal in comparison to the regular shops at the mall does better not really making it a outlet deal we drive all search for is quite depressing. Service...not greet not one and couldn't even figure out which are employees anyways but didn't need help finding regular priced items though the shop was nice and organized just wished they had better priced items.Thank you!

I came to this location spent a good 45 min looking through clothes and found quite a bit as I'm waiting for a fitting room then was told their rooms were closed. Last time I came to the location I was told it was closed for lunch. I couldn't wait around an hour so I left. Both times didn't purchase anything.

Disappointed found the perfect shoes with the perfect color and the perfect and the perfect wedge marked $19.00. Double checked with sales rep she said they were on sale and saved them at the counter. Turns out they were not on sale (73.00) totally took my by surprise. Girl out counter said the other girl said they were regular price... umm no I expressed my condolences enthusiasm about the awesome deal....

we walked into the waikele outlets a week ago today and as soon as we walked in the guy that was on the door said into his walkie talkie “watch the two people that just walked in with 6 bags and the female has a black handbag”there was only a few other people in the store but it was so disgusting to hear that and I know it was solely because my partner is a man of colour.i physically could not shops there anymore and i had to walk out of the store as soon as i saw that and i am so sad because i always spend so much on guess everytime im at waikele

I never shop here, and I got a gift from this store for Christmas, and I wanted to return/exchange it because it is not my style and she gave me attitude saying that it's clearance I can't be return/exchanged. Well my bad I had no idea what your store policy are. I don't shop here and after today's experience, because of the really sassy employee in the front of the store I will not be returning back.

This place went downhill. 0 customer service skills. There is only 1 cashier, a bunch of other employees folding clothes or walking around the store. No greeting, hi or hello when you finally make your way up to pay for your items. No expression of thank you after you pay. Store is messy, unorganized and overcrowded. Store management should consider shifting its staffing priorities and invest in customer service training for their employees. I won't be returning and you should rethink your options for shopping at guess waikele location.

Customer services suck. It was 7pm and the store close at 8pm. We wanted to try some clothes on in the fitting room and the guy was mopping the floor and said it was closed tonight. We end up at cashier and went outside public bathroom to try on and came back to return some of the clothes.

Me and my mom went to Guess today at Waikele Premium Outlet. We entered the store at 6:43pm and the girls who are working there told us that they will be closing in a couple of minutes. So this store closes at 6:45pm not 7:00pm. They even told us that they only accept card payments which is credit and debit only like we don't know what they meant. They very rude as they spoke to us. We ended up leaving the store right away because it feels like they don't want us to be there. They were looking at each other like they are trying to tell something and rolling their eyes. I hope they will train them good customer service because they are uncivil and impolite.

The quality and and service regarding to new covid guidelines is NOT being met. I walked in employees not using mask, allowing people into the fitting room without sanitizing after each use. Very disappointing. I walked in and right out.

Great customer service. I called ahead of time to see if they had a dress in stock that I saw online. The person I spoke to on the phone was nice and I appreciated her taking the time to find the dress in various sizes and she even found different colors and put them on hold. This location is compact but there is a lot of inventory, especially jeans! Packed full of discounted jeans that aren't on the site! Your girl got 3 pant sizes thickerrrr and I refuse to pay much for jeans. I got a couple pairs for only $20 each. The person who helped me at the register even gave me $20 off while I was contemplating on purchasing a shirt or not at the register after finding out it cost more than I thought lol.

Frustrating that there is only an exchange only policy. I'd rather get a refund then try to match the price of my exchange. Also I previously shopped in store twice before my last and was constantly asked if I needed help by three different sales reps. It's great they want to help but after a while it feels like they don't trust you as a customer. One gal asked what I was shopping for and what items I am exchanging. It seemed a tad invasive. All in all it may just be they are trying to address former reviews. However, the last cashier that assisted me was helpful.
