We are New Zealand residents visiting Hawaii for a holiday. We went to Levi’s store to shop and in 5 minutes my bag was stolen from store. My bag has my important documents and my phone and our passports. The store was not busy as it was closing time and this happened before closing. We instantly informed the staff that our bag was stolen and they seemed least bothered said we would have to leave the store. We informed police and requested cctv footage from Levi’s, the store first said it’s almost 7 we can get the access to footage tomorrow but next day we tried calling them explaining them how urgent it is for us to get back our passports, they seemed least bothered did not share who is the store manager, kept telling us different things which seemed very unreliable and no one was willing to inform us the name of the store manager as well. They never helped police with the footage and never tried to look for it make us think it’s a scam.Shame on the Levi’s brand as a company to have no responsibility and security for people visiting the store and trusting the brand. Really really disappointed in the management and measures for customers.

I had to write this just based on my experience now. We shop here several times a year to buy clothes for ourselves and gifts for folks on the mainland. I was looking to buy a few more pairs of jeans today.The staff who just accosted us in the store was extremely rude. Not sure her position, but she was an older woman with a lot of gold jewelry. She has a terrible approach to customers and we would rather leave and shop elsewhere or online than shop here again.

Walked in and we're immediately greeted. Walk through the store and several stop asking if assistance is needed. Very good service here and a lot of choices for different jeans and great prices

The manager is so rude she didn't give a care in the world for my concern. Texting on her phone and didn't even look me in the eye being a B. Don't know how she got hired for this job as a manager, very unprofessional.

Terrible terrible although retail stores are about to close you don't have the right to kick customers out and feel like they can't shop. Your doors are still open so you guys should be more welcoming and just let customers shop. I've been in retail management for a long time now and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Yes let us know you guys are about to close but you should still invite us to take our time and shop. Was planning to spend a lot of money but I guess I will take it somewhere else. These employees needs to be retrained on customer service.

The local girl that always answers the phone is a joke. I asked what the promotion was for the weekend and she goes "what do you mean" so I said like why are your sales promotion today? Like any discounts on shirts, jeans etc? She goes "yah everything is on sale. Depends on what you're buying everything is at a different price " with the bitchiest attitude. Like no s*** that's why I'm inquiring about your promo today. Seriously if you have no communication skills or you don't like talking to people. Maybe this isn't a job for you.

Terrible service from the manager she was rude and had a horrible attitude towards us. When you're in sales attitude is key regardless of what your interaction is with your customer. I will never shop here again. The salesperson was great that's why i'm leaving two stars instead of one star.

Went on Saturday May 22nd 2021 at 1240pm the so called manager a lady I don't even know if I should call her lady. She was so rude to a customer you can hear her telling a guy to put on his mask and to not try on the shirts that it was state mandate. I know you have to obey the rules but their is ways to address it the poor guy wasn't even being rude he understood the manager and she's literally screaming for the whole store to hear what great customer service. It mad really uncomfortable even though she wants addressing it to me. Makes not even want to go back. What training do you guys give your manager. The guy didn't even have his mask off all they way he had it down just to uncover his nose because he wanted to try the shirt on.
