“I came into the shop looking for some new clothes and I was assisted by two great employees Carlos and Jener! They both made me feel welcomed and they were both knowledgeable about their products and accommodating to my needs. Very friendly and great customer service as well! I was very impressed by how they took care of me, as I have no fashion sense at all, and wanted to share my experience and sentiment about them! Absolutely a wonderful experience! Would definitely come back to them to help me pick up more things the next time I'm in the store again!”

“Boy, did we have fun shopping here! I'm not as shoe crazy as my spouse, so I only got one pair unlike his four, I think it was?

EXPERIENCE:
This store is located in the Waikele Premium Outlets in a medium-sized spot in the mall's west end. Parking is horrendous. The shop was neat and organized, with shoe samples on display and the inventory stacked on shelves right behind the display. It's mainly a self-serve kind of operation but an abundant amount of staff buzz around offering assistance.

Vans has a nice selection of men's shoes in a variety of colors and patterns, but the only thing that irks me is their label that's glued onto the back of the soles that aren't even flat but protrude up on one side due to a bump in the design. I picked up a low top in ash gray with accents of black plaid and cement gray soles. And on top of that, everything in the store was BOGO half-off. Every single item! We saved bookoo bucks! And for the record, don't think their products are defective or irregular because it's an outlet store; there's nothing wrong with them.

The workers were all very friendly and helpful; so unlike what I'm accustomed to on Maui where you get no acknowledgment or assistance. The female cashier who assisted us was terrific too and very patient as she walked us over to where the shoe laces were and assisted us instead of just pointing them out.

OVERALL:
We found such great deals here and at other stores in Waikele, so they're definitely on our must-do list when visiting Oahu. My shoe size wasn't available in some styles which is the only reason this review isn't a 5-star.”

“I have been in the Waikele Gap many times. Each time, I engage a little small talk with several different workers there, and every time I find each one of them to be friendly, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and competent/professional, whether the person is younger or older. The clothes themselves seem to be made of high quality materials. The appearance of the clothing items there seems nice as well, and the sale prices are incredibly low, so low that it makes you feel a little guilty for buying such nice items for so little money. Please share my review with your workers at the store, so that they can know that their kindness means more to some people than they probably thought.”

“I was very surprised to say that this store had a good sale! Entire store was amazing and they were very helpful when my friend needed a size for swimming trunks and she did check for us and informed us that whatever it was out it's all they had, which was very helpful. So if you are out and about in the area, please take advantage of this sale before these priced do go up. So this is a very good time to look for deals while supplies last and believe me, they do go pretty quickly and fast. This is a very good store, especially if you're a Calvin Klein fan! Thus I have to actually get some of the things here one of these days and do a shopping trip here as well, I thank you for assisting us and will return again soon! Have a great 2022”

Was assisted by a staff member named Michael who was extremely accommodating in helping us find everything we were looking for and everything in our size. “Great customer service. I called ahead of time to see if they had a dress in stock that I saw online. The person I spoke to on the phone was nice and I appreciated her taking the time to find the dress in various sizes and she even found different colors and put them on hold. This location is compact but there is a lot of inventory, especially jeans! Packed full of discounted jeans that aren't on the site! Your girl got 3 pant sizes thickerrrr and I refuse to pay much for jeans. I got a couple pairs for only $20 each. The person who helped me at the register even gave me $20 off while I was contemplating on purchasing a shirt or not at the register after finding out it cost more than I thought lol.”

“Went on 26 DEC for after Christmas shopping. The last time I was here was about 6 years ago and what I will say is the store is vastly improved since 6 years ago. Preciously, the store was in complete disarray with piles of unfolded clothes on tables and clothes half hanging off hangers. “Armani Exchange Outlets are rare, so I'm happy there's one here and I had no idea they even existed. Selection isn't great, but I was able to find some pairs of jeans that were marked down to only $15! Oh yeahhh! I've gone up 3 pant sizes and didn't want to spend a lot lol. It won't feel right spending more than $30 on jeans from now on haha. And the customer service was great! Staff was accommodating and nice as I went in and out trying a bunch of stuff and confirming the prices as I was shocked it was that cheap lol.”

“I'm a selective shopper that goes for sales once in a blue moon to replace work attire. I care about top quality clothes. I last bought work pants three years ago and amazed that it's in great condition after going through front load washer and dryer almost weekly. Now, I decided to replace a few tops and a sweater with three sweaters for work. Workers on sales floor, fitting room, and register were very helpful and friendly. Regular price for each sweater was $75, minus two discounts, price reduced to $22.49. Definitely a win win scenario.”
