I go into Office Max often to receive help with tech services. The associate Aldrin Balan is always so nice and shows compassion every time I'm there. He always greets his customers with a smile, and you get the sense that he genuinely wants to help people and cares about them and their needs. If you ever have issues with your computer or any tech; I would definitely consider visiting Aldrin.
