This has been my favorite place to get my nails done. I get a pedicure at least once or twice a month. I've been to several nail salons in Pearl city and I'd say this place is one of the best in the Waipahu area. Pro: - little to no wait time - someone is often times always available - friendly staff - clean enviornment - not a fancy looking salon with chandeliers and all but service and quality is great! - affordable - massages are great! - hours are great - ample parking as it is downtown Waikele Con: - none

I like how the gel mani/pedi came out. I got a small cut on my thumb while she was cleaning my cuticles before putting gel. Its tiny, but those tiny cuts on your fingers hurt the most I asked for the ProfessioNAIL mani/pedi, I've came in once before to have it done, but the services you get were inconsistent. This time I got a calf/foot massage, hot stone and hot wax after the gel pedi. Did not have that last time. This experience has been better than the first, but the cut on my thumb is annoying.

First off, any establishment that plays christian music during the week is a bonus plus for me. I always call ahead on the wait time just in case they're busy or something. Today (Monday afternoon) had no wait and not too busy (which is my preference). They were welcoming and nice. Signed in and waited less than 5 minutes (just for the water prep). No issues with service. Lots of color selection. Tony did my pedi. Not usually a fan of a man doing my nails (due to bad experience). But he was nice and gentle with the cleaning. He was friendly as well and was considerate that I didn't feel like talking -- just wanted to relax. Oh, it's next to Jamba Juice and Starbucks and Safeway in Waikele shopping center. I recommend this nail salon.

Been waiting nearly 40 mins no one has mention how much longer the wait is. One technician doing nail painting. Three technicians on the pedicure stations. One technician doing three customers at the same time, so you know how long that's taking. Three customers paid and left. Still waiting. I'm about to walk out.

Made an appointment over the phone. Was told to come in. Didn't explain that what they call "appointments" is just conning people into coming in and joining a 2 hour wait line. Terrible customer service in that regard. Can't rate my experience with actually getting anything done because even after that whole failed experience I still tried to make an appointment for 2 days later and was told even if i made an appointment for a certain time it would be busy and I would have to wait. Um hello then it's not an appointment. Thanks for wasting my time on my first few hours off from work in 3 weeks.

I was hesitant to try this place due to negative reviews and pictures of sloppy work, but we were in Pearl Highlands and the nearby salons were booked. So we called and they had no problem accommodating us last minute. In fact, there were a few technicians available on a Sunday at lunch time. The salon was clean and no issues, as expected. Not wow boutique chandelier salon which means pricey services. The massage chairs were new and my male nail tech gave my legs a strong massage. My nails also turned out great, no complaints. My husband got a pedicure next to me and added on paraffin wax which he loves getting and he said his feet feel really soft now.

I had an appointment today at 9 for an acrylic removal and a full set. First arriving into the salon, no one greeted me and I had to just somewhat stand there for an awkward minute while other customers had been helped. Once I had talked to someone about my appointment I just been directed to a chair to sit down without any other instruction or communication. When the acrylic removal had started It might've been the most pain I had been in. The nail tech who was servicing me had just started cutting my nails off and prying it off with a pallet knife. He hadn't soaked my nails or filed them at all while trying to remove them. 3 of my nails had started bleeding which he kind of just looked and shaked his head at before moving onto the next. I know there is some kind of procedure to sanitize the area and stop the bleeding but he pretended that it just didn't happen. I had gotten my nails removed at many salons and all of them would do an acetone soak off while gently pushing at my nails. I had never gotten it pried off of my fingers like this or have ever bled at any other salons. This had been the first red flag of the appointment and where I should've walked out. Once he finished with my removal and began my new set it seemed to have gotten a bit better. I had asked for a coffin shaped with a nude base coat and a glittery top coat. He started shaping my nails and filing it and it had started to burn and sting a lot. I had felt on my left hand middle finger him filing it a bit too rough and this had ended up leaving a cut on my finger and the nail being misshaped. That area had continued to be sensitive throughout the rest of the appointment but I had tried to ignore it. When he had applied the acrylic it hadn't been so bad although some areas had stung and you could still see the blood through the acrylic on my nails. When we moved onto painting my nails I had noticed some of the colors not look like how I had asked, so I asked if he could do it a bit different so that it could've came out like the picture. I got a rude reply where he just told me that he's doing what I asked and that he knows what he's doing but with a bit of a struggle on my end to explain what I want he eventually understood. There had been many opportunities for me to walk out of this appointment but I am only 18 and an extreme introvert so it was a personal struggle to feel comfortable enough to stand up to him with how his attitude was.
