This is one of the best locations! There is adequate parking, usually enough available carts, climate controlled, carpet throughout, steel walls, etc. Also I haven't noticed any red flags regarding pests. I feel safe when I'm here and am able to sleep well at night feeling like my things are secure. The best thing about this particular location is their customer service and I would specifically like to mention Bran, who is the friendliest, kindest, most helpful person I have met in many years. Her willingness to go above and beyond caught me by surprise, blew me away, and really made my entire day and more. You never know what someone is going through, and experiencing her ability to make me feel valued and like an actual human (not just another customer) spoke volumes and touched my heart. Without a doubt, she is there to do more than her job description because this one really shows up for work more than just physically. I don't know what she gets paid, but it should definitely at least match what she puts out for her customers. It's been way too long since I've encountered someone so helpful and I commend her for everything. Bran, I truly and sincerely appreciate you! Keep it up, you will move mountains!
