Great staff, but the price is high and that’s out of their control. From January 11 2024 to current my monthly has increased 4 times! Ridiculous! I have a small unit 4x6 (?) and it went from $147 to $206 starting 7/26/14! SIMPLY RIDICULOUS! I took over the unit so that my 98year young Mama didn’t have to pay but this is highway robbery!

My Fiancé have storage here for our belongings. So far, the staff here at waipahu are very professional in what they do and how they handle their customers. I for one had an experience with the staff and how they were very knowledgeable in answering any questions I had.
Knowing this, I have confident and trust that our belongings will be kept safe in your storage place.

Alyson and Sherlyn help me to find the best options for my needs! They broke down what I will be paying and accommodated my request to bill me on the 1st of the month. This business is military friendly and their policies reflect that. They don't operate 24/7, so be mindful of the hours. Overall experience has been great and I feel my stuff is in a safe and secure space.
