Got a good haircut by a different stylist, but was disappointed with how one of the stylists took a person that was super early for his appointment that was scheduled after mine, before I was seen, and I showed up on time for my appointment. What is the point of appointments if this how people are seen?

Quick simple hair cut. Cut about 6 inches off. Nothing special, but I was asked if I wanted to get it cut a certain way or if I wanted my hair to frame my face. Stylist listened to what I wanted and even confirmed the length I wanted from the back. It's always nice to get a fresh cut.

Made an appt on line . Arrived st designated time. Donna was the stylist.i informed her off what I wanted and the guard the previous stylist used. The cut was west I wanted. The svc was fast and what I wanted. Donna was very engaging. Great dvc

Donna is wonderful! I wanted to chop off my dead ends. She did just that and added a little volume to give me a nice fresh look. Not to mention, great customer service. She was able to squeeze my daughter on her schedule for the next morning.
