Some of them... they don't know how to cut women's hair

There was a 2 hour wait for a haircut, with 2 people there. She laughed when I walked in. This is NOT a professional attitude or service. Unacceptable. I will never return.

Not kid friendly! Waited for an hour after appointment. Keep taking people who had appointments after us because they didn't want to cut his hair or tell us they didn't want to. Instead they waited us out until my 3 yo couldn't wait any longer.

Shame on me for even walking into a Supercuts giving them the benefit of the doubt. I checked in online for 3:40pm haircut on May 17th. There was only 2 stylists and they were both cutting someone else's hair, but no one else waiting. A guy walks in and one of the stylists takes his name and tells the other stylist that there's 3 people checked in for 3:40. They tell me to come back a couple hours later because apparently the website made a mistake and they're overbooked. Not taking into consideration I've been waiting at the salon since 3:15. If you're overbooked you have to look at your options and offer a solution, not tell me to leave and make a new appointment. Totally unacceptable

Terrible people here. It's 445 with two people working nobody in the waiting Area and I was refused a haircut. It's a supercuts they do walk in's but this lady said can't take me because they are busy. Although nobody getting a haircut or waiting. Horrible service.

If i could give zero stars i would. No one waiting! My son advised them he was a walk in!the lady at the check in desk told him they have a-lot of people coming in! Website says 10 min wait! It was only us there! And the lady dressed in all black and blonde highlights heard us say i guess they do not want our business ! She snubbed us! LITERALLY NO ONE WAS THERE! Waste of time! Do not ever go here!

Don’t waste your time here. Called to make an appointment. Took my phone number & told me to come in at 3pm. The appointment was for my child who wanted shorter hair. She was so excited. Got there. Approached the podium/register. No one greeted us. She presumed sweeping. Looked up at me again & finally said how can I help you. I said hi there here for our 3 o’clock appointment. All three looked confused in the face. They were like what is your name. I said you did not ask for name on phone you asked for phone number. Then I confirmed their location phone number where I made the outgoing call to them making sure I was at the correct location they said yeah. Someone told me oh just have a seat. I didn’t feel comfortable. So I told her no that’s okay & we left. I wanted to remind people that just like how you should not eat food made by people who don’t like their job, don’t receive services from people whose energy is negative/unorganized. It’s not a lot to ask, you’re just asking the wrong person. So we went to Fantastic Sam’s Waipio. They were so amazing. Greeted us & tended to my child. The hairdresser made us feel comfortable. So he got a big tip !

Took my nephew to get his back to school haircut at SUPERCUTS located in the Kunia Shopping Center. He got the SuperCut II for $38.00 (haircut, shampoo and basic conditioner) plus tip (Always tip your hairstylist/barber).They had 3 hairstylist working. We did make an appointment and was seen on time. The hairstylist that cut his hair was Ilene. She was very nice, patient, and knew how to cut hair. My nephew loves coming here and having her cut his hair. This is my first time bringing him here, since my sister had to work. The salon was a little busy. (12:20 pm) and for a place busy during COVID, back to school, and just taking walk ins. They are very accommodating, and fast. This place was clean and, very well kept. The other hairstylist, were friendly and kept the conversation friendly to make everyone feel at ease. The pictures I took. It shows that since they opened (under new management) and now. (Yes! I compared the pictures from before and now. I do that to see if the place is rundown or unkept)The place still looks clean, and kept tidy. I gave this place a 5 ⭐ because they make you feel welcome, and the place is clean. So if you are ever in the Kunia Shopping Center area, and need a haircut. Stop by here!!Appointments can be made online, walk ins are welcome. Mask are optional...Wheel chair access.I like to give honest and update information when I review a place. This place still looks good...
