The Waikele team is very friendly. I've shopped her on many occasions and they always go out of their way to help me find styles I might like.They keep the store clean and organized so it's easy to shop. Luckily, they've had a lot of new products available in store on my last visit.I definitely will be back.

Love shopping here....so many choices for both men & women. Michelle helped us with our purchase & she was super sweet & helpful. Came in to buy 1 dress & ended up finding a bunch of other cute items... so I ended up with a nice new wardrobe.

Worst customer service experience. My first trip to Hawaii from Australia and decided to shop here and try on a white sweatshirt. As I approached the fitting room, the sales assistant looked me up and down and chucked me the biggest dirty. My guess is because I had foundation on and I was trying on a white sweatshirt (you would have thought I was trying on a $5000 wedding dress - it was a 35USD sweatshirt). Rather than speaking verbally to me or communicating anything to me that a regular sales professional would (or perhaps offering a sheer scarf) she gave me a look that pretty much indicated she didn’t want my business in “her” store. Disgusted to this day at the memory. This was in 2019.

Located in the Waikele Outlet, you can find all kinds of clothes for Tommy Hilfiger. There are also accessories, like watches, shoes, wallets, etc, that you can buy to go along with your clothes. During Black Friday weekend, there is a line outside as they limit the amount of people inside. If you are patient, you can find great deals on clothes during Black Friday.
