Easy access to restroom.
Update: most collision centers require you to pay your deductible up front, but Caitlin informs me that they will take payment at completion and pick up of vehicle. This is especially convenient if you are waiting for a deductible refund from the other insurance company (State Farm is slooow). Shout out to Geico (Dustin Cruz) also for taking good care of me. Mahalo.

If I could give a 10 star review I would.. service from literally exiting my car was outstanding! Greeting from a lady I believe is Kaitlyn was outside and asking me how they can best help me. Entering the building I was asked a few questions from a guy named Shayne explaining the reason of my visit and the whole team was definitely excellent and helped me to the best they could. My visit was very short and no complications. At the end Kai walked me out ensuring me that the problem was very simple and went over the what they saw. Shayne then brought my car out and everything looked great. Thankful I decided to come to this location. Did not regret it and definitely recommend to others to come by and will be coming here for any future concerns. Please give credit to those who deserve it. Thank you Kaitlyn, Shayne and Kai again for the awesome service and thank you to the rest of the staff who I was unable to get names from.

I was very early to my appointment and thought that they would be able to take me in early but the lady at the front desk was super nice to me and politely told me that the lady doing my estimation will be in later on. When I came back she recognized me and she was quick to get me settled. The lady who was taking pictures of my car was also great. I kept adding on minor damages that I was finding and I was feeling bad about it but she was very reassuring. After she took pictures, she explained what would possibly be done in order for it to be fixed. I appreciate the two ladies I interacted with today, they were very helpful and nice!

I'm going to keep this simple. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Lack of communication, lack of keeping to a scheduled appointment that took months to make. A massive disappointment.

Absolutely impressed beyond words with the Collision center! I was involved in a 3 car accident and I was the first vehicle in the line. The insurance company that was responsible to pay for the repairs were horrible however the collision center made sure to get things done in a timely manner and update me frequently! Simon was the gentleman who repaired my car and completely exceeded my expectations! I also hate to admit it but the day I came to pick up my car, I backed into a pole in their parking lot. The collision center offered to buff out the superficial marks from the pole and offered my children drinks while the serviced my care yet again! Absolutely recommend bringing your car here!

My car was a victim of being rear ended, this company does not live up to what i thought was good customer services, original estimate came out to 20k which frame damages was noted on there, who'd wanna drive a vehicle with frame damage, not me. When i got my vehicle back i was told prior they was gonna fix my tailgate lock which is a power lock i tried to open the bed of the vehicle couldn't open it even with the key. truck drove funny with a lot of rattling coming from the undercarriage which could've been from the frame being damaged. The alignment was pretty bad. At least i know now to never come back to this shop again. Also very horrible at keeping communication with the insurance company as well they make you sign forms so that they get the insurance company to pay them directly, but thats not always the case. Getting updates from them on status is impossible as well when no one answers the phones.
