After 10 years it was time to get a new vehicle. Luckily Kerry was still there to service us. He is awesome! We contacted him and he was ready for us when we got there. He made everything fast and easy. I don't like hours of waiting at a dealership, but it was nothing like that. Josh at finance also made everything smooth. I'm happy with my new vehicle! Thanks guys!

NEVER AGAIN LET THEM TOUCH MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1. Tony Honda. Service mechanic messing with other things not requested & not on the service order.2. Took an half hour to get service writer to comprehend what my reason for bringing in my car under warranty repairs. NEVER BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY. They have not fix and of the broken items in my first year under warranty.3. Mess with my things in the trunk which does not involve the car starter and soiled all of my personal items in my trunk.4. For an hour took out my rubber mat on the passenger and touch my personal equipment and soiled all of it which was unrelated to the starter problem.5.then i have to wash my carpet and my rubber mat and sll of my personal equipment resulting in thousands of dollars in DAMAGES.6. Fail to fix any of the items the car was in for.7. I ask to tell me why the computer software is reluctant to spark when cranking the motor to start and Joshua was very reluctant to and changed the subject.8. When i asked Joshua to tell their mechanic not to touch & mess with my personally installed equipment he refuse to and never went to talk to the mechanic as i witness them.9. Then their complaining my car doesn't shift into park when the door is open. It has never done that from the very first day i bought the car and not design that way. i came in for a battery replacement and he's messing with my shifter which has nothing wrong with it.10. Spent 3 and a half hour there and they never replace the battery and never got to fix the apparently broken stuck plastic wireless charger door which is what i went there for.

I bought a 2016 Chevy Trax and it had a small chip in the windshield. I was told it had been repaired but it was a bad repair. It would be made right. I waited a week and was told to call Safelite and have it re-repaired. Safelite said they never do that. The windshield would have to be replaced. I let the dealership know that. They took a few days to discuss the matter and let me know they would replace the windshield. However the windshield needed had to be ordered. That was August 18, 2023 and it has been 2 1/2 months and NO ONE has contacted me. I have tried many times in different ways to contact them but no one responds. I will never buy from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone

Everyone was really nice but they initially quoted me 7-8k for my trade in… I knew it’d be a bit less being that my vehicle has a few issues, but after their “inspection” they offered me 1k. They provided a list but wouldn’t share of problems found by their mechanic, including that “the driver or passenger door couldn’t be opened from the inside or out.” Got back into my vehicle after shaking hands with the gentleman and drove home using the door to get in? So I’m not sure whose car they were looking at when they found that! Just felt a bit scammy, everyone was certainly polite but got my hopes up for nothing and didn’t prove to be very helpful for my situation. But if you’re in a great financial situation without an older trade in then Tony auto is the place for you!

I took my truck there to trade in and get something cheaper. KBB values my truck at 25k trade-in, at the LEAST. They offered me 20k. The car I was looking buy, KBB values at under 13k, their sticker price is 17k. After 2 hours there I had negotiated them down 6k, AND THEY WERE STILL TRYING TO UNDERVALUE MY TRUCK AND OVER VALUE THE OTHER CAR by a total of over 2k. These people are money hungry and will take you for every dollar you have. Do your business elsewhere.

Louis Mansanas Jr. reached out to me about a Facebook marketplace listing for my car, telling me he’s the purchasing manager for tony group. He left me on read and made me text back asking for an update over the span of 6 days, and when I finally got the offer today it was an insulting $2k below even what KBB offered me to but the car, and $5k below the KBB value of the car. Most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had with any dealership. Go to Honolulu Volkswagen instead.

Great place to buy a vehicle. More than one dealership here. Hyundai, Volkswagen, Nissan, and others. The service department at Hyundai is excellent. Highly recommend.

What a Shitty service this has become. I paid $40 for full service expecting my entire car to be clean. I was in a rush and drive off as the car was finished only to to see a bunch of dust on my dash board and console as I was driving. I checked my cup holders and there were still coffee stains in there. They were never cleaned. Tony however did. do something new and put those silly papers in the foot room on each side. It's asking on there to share suggestion on how they can improve their service. So I called and told her that I just spend a good amount on full service and have still a dirty car. This girl doesn't care and just tells me that people complained and how they done clean the dash and cup holders anymore. What???? Why would o pay $40 for a half ass job??? I could literally hire someone for $20/hr and so my car. I just spend 2 hr of my work week to pay for this horrible job and expected a clean car and she is telling me if I want my dash wipes and cupholders cleaned that's called detailing??? So then I tell her, ok I guess I won't be using your service anymore. And she just Just me a "ok"Really?? You guys don't care about customers anymore??I tell you what I rather Gomito someone who appreciate my money and me being a customer. I'll try Mckinnley next. I heard they like making money and do a fantastic job for less than your ridiculous price.I would also discourage everyone else to use Tony Autoplex. The exterior washing ok but it's cheaper to go to the self car wash around up the street. There you can vaccume yourself and hey that's pretty much all you get at Tony anyways and at least I don't feel like paying someone $20 just to vacuum and do a shitty job wiping a few windows. They still have streaks too

I visited Tony Group to look at a used VW and *possibly trade my car in. Our salesman was very personable but not very knowledgable about trim levels. When we asked for a trade value on my car, I was told, after they appraised it, they couldn’t tell me a number because I wasn’t buying the VW right then. Wait. What? How would I know whether I wanted to buy it the next day, if you won’t tell me a number. This is a poor tactic to pressure me into making a decision but, eventually, after I went back to “the office” to retrieve my keys directly, I was provided a number and I left. I was not well pleased with this interaction and while I did like the car very much, I’m hesitant to do business based on this interaction.

A++++ service and professionalism by Brennnan I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Brennan. He purchased my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. He wasn’t rude and even gave a reasonable offer to what we were wanting.I have dealt with many dealership and work in customer service myself and by far Brennan is the most professional individual I have worked with : they say in customer service Politeness goes far, yet costs nothing. Put customers first. Brennan definitely displayed those characteristics. He patiently explained, answered our question’s,worked all the leg work to make this the most easiest process and even followed up by text message. I have no hesitation in recommending Brennan Thank you for the outstanding service and professionalism! It goes far!!
