Maile was wonderfully efficient. I got here about 6 PM on a Friday evening, there were a ton of people with various needs and she was manning the store alone. She still smiled at everyone and kept the line moving

Had to drop off a few packages, luckily there was parking up front to make the walking trip shorter and easier. The convenience is what I really appreciate. Most UPS locations involve further commutes to the actual door front.
The staff at this location were young and bubbly. In and out with all my service needs met in about five minutes! Highly recommend this location for West side families if you need it.

My go to place for Amazon returns in Waipio shopping center next to Costco. Lots of parking since Fatboys closed.
Dont have to repackage anything, just simply show them the return bar code to scan and theyll give you a receipt and take back the Amazon merchandise. Seamless and easy, no problems here. 5 starsš¤

The only place on the island that has some fingerprinting scanner machine. No need make reservation, but thereās only one of the machines. Four stars because staff was a bit flippant at first , but all was good by the end.

I HIGHLY recommend you DONāT go to this location. Go out of your way and drive to the kapolei location which Iāve had a much better experience with, avoid this place at all costs. This location will upcharge you for everything. One five foot roll of bubble wrap is 17.99. Tape costs 2 dollars per section. At the Kapolei section, bubble wrap is complimentary. Tape is complimentary. The kiosk worker I worked with completely improperly taped my box, missing the edge and not understanding why I asked for it to be taped over the edge, then told me Iād need to pay additional fees for more tape when it was caused by her poor taping job. She also declined additional insurance protection on her own without asking me, even though I was mailing a camera lens which by assumption would be worth more than the standard insurance rate would cover. All in all it was a really poor experience.
Whoever the franchise owner for this location is sucks. Go the extra distance and go to the Kapolei location just for your own piece of mind.
EDIT: after reading their completely unprofessional reactions to other negative reviews, this place should flat out be shut down. When customers are going out of their way to explain their bad experiences and youāre telling people youāll āpay them 100 dollarsā if they can prove it, you should be fired. This just goes on to further substantiate this locationās horrible customer service.

Very difficult store. Thereās a new rule every time you go. A lady in front of me got turned away because her Amazon return was in a plain box and not an Amazon box⦠every time I try and return something here unless it is perfect in every way they will come up with a reason not to take it. Canāt count now how many times Iāve been turned away for the weirdest reasons.

On Jan 13th, I went to this store and had about 5 items to return to Amazon. Needless to say this is the first time I messed up with my items by having Whole Foods codes instead of the UPS Store Drop off labels. Iām so glad I had this young man Ryland who is always professional and so patient whenever Iām there. He showed me how to go back and cancel my return and correct the scan labels. Heās quiet and pleasant to work with. I didnāt know there was a long line behind me until some girl that works there scared me by loudly saying can she help the next person. Thank God He was still nice by saying itās ok after I apologized. Kudos to Ryland. Need more people like you around.

Iāve had a box here for a couple of years and Kim, Alyssa and team have always been great!Even through the holidays they were helpful and friendly.

When you have a line going out the door, don't put a trainee to do regular returns. Put the trainee on the easy quick Amazon returns. The trainee was nice but it took 30 minutes to drop off two packages for regular shipment. Businesses don't have that time
