I like the people here..quiet and efficient. There was once a loud young man there who called the women customers Aunty. Didn’t like that.I prefer the quiet efficiency which is why I go there.

I can see why the have so many 1 star reviews…they don’t want to provide customer service. Came by with an Amazon return with the label and instructions Amazon sent me. They refused to accept. Told me I had to contact Amazon to get a different label with a bunch of reasons why (a battery, shipping from HI —- I don’t know, not my job to know). TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE would have solved the problem with the vendor paying them - AMAZON. Avoid this business.

They have one of the most friendly staff I've seen at a UPS store on the island. The people leaving these 1-star reviews are ridiculous. Everyone one of them are either complaining about something that is out of the control of the staff or just vague without giving any details. This is what happens when we live in a world of full of Karens including the men version of them.

I've been coming lately to send packages to my family and the staff have been friendly each time. I like the new front facing monitors they installed so customers can see the shipment details and prices. Very convenient.

I mostly come in for my Amazon returns and to make copies, but I’ve been a customer for years and the ladies have always been nice and friendly. I thought I’d just give a review since I’ve been a customer for years and noticed a lot of the 1-star reviews have nothing to do with the customer service provided by the staff.

I came a few minutes before closing on a saturday to make a quick return drop off. Two employees were inside standing in front of the register, clearly saw me and waved me away as I tries to open the door. Horrible business ethics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>In response to management's reply to initial comment above is that clearly on the internet stated it closed at 5pm otherwise, I wouldn't have bothered driving to the store. Maybe work on better communication and check everything so as not to inconvenience customers and apologize before assuming it is solely the customer's fault for reading the information on the internet.My one star remains for this review.
