Why have a Self-Service Machine that people can’t access after hours??

It’s my second time using this exact postal office and I want to admit that the service here one of the best. This time I was sending few boxes to Europe and it was my first time doing it. Gretchen the post office lady was so helpful, she explained me everything, helped to fill all the documents and kindly answered all my questions. I thought it would be stressful but with Gretchen help it was so easy and fast.

The line was a little long when I arrived at about 10 am on a Monday but the workers were able to keep it moving along pretty quickly. I was there to mail back an item I was returning and discovered there was a problem with the return label the company emailed me. The postal worker assisting me was extremely patient and helpful trying to come up with a workaround that wouldn't require me to resolve the issue on my own at home and return at a later time to mail back my return because I am in a wheelchair and don't currently have a car so having to make another trip just to mail my return item would've been a huge pain in the ass.
As far as wheelchair accessibility, there aren't any automatic doors or anything but the doors were lightweight enough that I was able to easily open and hold them myself from my chair to get in and out. If you have trouble with your upper body coordination or strength that might not be an option for you. I was happy to note that other customers who saw me were friendly enough to attempt to beat me to the door both in and out so they could offer help. The floor plan of this post office is pretty wide open so there was a lot of space to comfortably maneuver when I was in line and preparing my item to mail. There is an accessible lower counter I was helped at when it was my turn so I didn't have to reach up to a counter above me or have to stand up so that I could see over the counter. Also this post office is located right around the corner -- within easy manual wheelchair distance -- from Don Quijote and if that's not convenient I don't know what is.

Management, especially “Susan” who was initially in contact has become completely unresponsive and this location continues to misdeliver packages weekly. So disappointing.

Please retrain your driver's! Attached is a photo of one of the many reasons! Others include placing the same mail that isn't mine in my box, circling "Current Resident" after me refusing the mail, and the worst care for packages I've experienced in the 5 states I've lived in!

I have been trying to get through to this location because I was not given my cash back from the lady that helped me. I didnt realize it until an half hour later when I left and they closed by then. The lady who helped me was okay, just trying to get her job done and get out.

Depending on what time you go, the line here can be long. They have a decent size parking lot which is great as it can get busy.The staff has always been nice and the line usually moves quickly even when there is long. Today I can at about 340pm and there was no line. I guess it just depends on the time of day and what day it is.The inside of the Post Office has PO Boxes on the left and shipping needs as well as a kiosk on the right. They also have many flat rate boxes available. This location is one of the bigger locations and I like coming here when I am in the area.
