Walmart 5 stars for your store being extra cold. This is how I like to shop. As a woman who has hot flashes from time to time, I tend to sweat at random moments. However, today, not once did I break a sweat in your store. I am very happy to see the positive changes that your renovation brought about. Your shopping isles are much wider. Several of your team members on the sales floor that I encountered "all male" were extremely pleasant to customers. I usually say to my husband, "Let's do a target run. However, I might just need to change that up to "let's make a Walmart run" My only issue with shopping in your store today was one of your order pick-up team members. Older Filipino lady. We were in a tight area, and customers needed to pass through. She kept her cart in the middle of the aisle, and none of our wagons could go around her. Until I pushed her cart on the side. It's common sense that if you are in a tight area, pull your basket to the side so the flow of customers is not interrupted. I guess common os not so common for some.

if 0 stars was an option i really would . we ordered TWO pictures from the kunia walmart photo center on december 22, 2023 at 1:30PM. we was told that pickup would be SAME day at 5:57pm. we decided to go at 6:05pm in case they needed a little more time. we get there and worked named " JAN " talked to me with an attitude saying it wasnt ready without even looking like i dont know how it works. ( IVE ORDER FROM THERE MANY TIMES ). closer to 6:15pm i received a text saying our order was ready. once again jan was helping us and once again gave us an attitude that the order isnt ready. once again WITHOUT looking. she deserves to be FIRED. this walmart NEEDS TO GET IN CHECK. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!

I'm currently living in kauai but was on Oahu for bkack Friday shopping this would be the 2nd review I made in 2 years. I contacted the store asked for customer service someone picked up and hung up the phone. I called back furious never mentioned to the person who answered about being hung up cause I just need my issue resolved!I continued with the conversation asking to have a receipt reprinted and if it could be emailed. She followed up with we can't promise you a reprint of the receipt and that I would have to be there in person, I told her how I live kauai and don't have plans to be back on Oahu anytime soon and how the receipt is really needed due to the fact that it was a business purchase but in able to be reimbursed I needed a receipt! I tried to give her as much info and asked to speak to a manager they placed me on hold for 30 minutes and hung up! It's frustrating cause now it's like they are screening my calls been calling back for an hour now and no one's answering I hope a manger or corporate sees this review and assist with working with there team to be better then this!!'

Probably the worst place on island to enter without mask and sanitizer. Asked frowned employee where the beer was, she stood there and shit her pants. Got shit on here. Also, asked manager Brian, he also shit his pants on the spot. Some lady named Dulce was supposed to help, she also bent over and shat. Did not smell like dulce. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! There's actually zero helpful water sacks here. Nobody gives a shit, they probably don't pay them enough to give a fuck

Walmart kunia workers need to take some form os customer service course I go to the Waipahu location every other day to do some shopping the workers act like you are shoplifting one Associate named Arouray actually took the scanner out of my hand and started scanning my items . I'm so tired of these associates acting like this they should really put back the cash registers and do their damn job instead of accusing people of shoplifting.....I call corp on them once a week but corporate don't do anything about it... I would give them no stars but to even leave a review I needed to at le give them a one star Walmart needs to do better!!!!!

I dont know why this store locks up everything in car section and cant get anyone after pressing service button . No one comes! Other store leaves everything on shelves and you take buy and out. Easy. You can easily spend 30 min. waiting for a associate.

This Walmart is always friendly. to the staff that checks receipts and ensure this one doesnt close because of thieves, thank u. Respect to Darren for handling all criminal situations in a professional and h9norable manner. It is wrong that those that take can not be stopped at the entrance physically. The protocol of all business in Hawaii with theft needs a change

I went to look at Reloadable Visa or Master card for gift at Walmart Money Center. The two old ladies there were only interested in talking story to each other in Filipino to answer a question I had about the card. I ended up have into look it up on my phone.

After Christmas sale. Good bargains to be found. Today, they had only one cashier. At least the self checkouts went fast. They had two workers there to help if you had any problems. Enjoy.

I found some pretty good deals today. I really like their garden shop. The plants look healthy and are flourishing Musca more beautifully than my neighborhood location.

This store is a total disaster. I intended to make a QUICK run into Walmart on Friday mid-moring to grab two cans each of evaporated milk and condensed milk. The self-check out area was the only place to pay for our purchases, and there were no cashiers in the any of the 10 regular checkout lanes at all. As a result, I had to wait in a 40 minute line only to purchase less than $10 worth of items. When it was finally my turn, the self-checkout kiosk I was using malfunctioned and froze up on me, so a cashier end up ringing up my items for me. I demanded to speak to a manager, however, the cashier calmly rang up the few dollar items I purchased and I left. I bet the Kunia store's coward manager(s) were watching the surveillance camera feed laughing their asses off watching their innocent employees get bashed around by angry customers.

Stopped by to pick up some local goodies and some hygiene items. Some of the shelves were empty which was a disappointment because they are usually stocked, but they did have the items that I actually went there for. The employees here are nice and helpful. I've never had issues at this Walmart location. This Walmart is usually my go to because I like the ambiance and feel. I also like that most of the time, they have the items I need. They have good prices like most Walmarts do but prices do differ from here and Mililani.

We went in Waipahu Walmart look around store. we notice some teens ride bike around in store and they playing drift left mark on floor and do speed up. These bicycles is belong that store. They would getting hit each other to in danger for other people and worker. But worker don't do anything with them. That is crazy and need them stop!

Walmart Kunia... don't treat their workers fairly! An associate of Walmart was let go because the associate was sick and thinking of other associates and customers, stayed home, but doing so cost her, her job! What kind of business place does that to their employees!!! This place has people that don't care about their employees. Making shifts up as the schedule has already been printed. Giving no notification that you're schedule has changed, but expect you to show up to work, when your start time has moved two hours ahead of time. A fellow associate has to call you and let you know of the change in times, that you were unaware of. Not a way to treat your associates!
