About Pleasant Valley Potato
Pleasant Valley Potato is a business that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have had a positive experience with the "fast and friendly service," others have encountered challenges with the check-in process.
The business is located in a dirt lot that is easy to access and pull into. Customers are advised to check their truck and trailer's weight on the scale before proceeding to the office. The staff, particularly the "nice and patient" ladies in the office, are described as helpful and willing to answer questions repeatedly if needed.
However, some customers have found the check-in process to be confusing, with specific requirements such as having a pickup number starting with "6" and providing information about the destination and reefer temperature. Customers are advised to have all the necessary information ready before approaching the office to avoid delays.
Despite the occasional challenges, the overall sentiment towards Pleasant Valley Potato is positive, with customers appreciating the large lot for truck staging, the on-site scale, and the availability of a portable restroom. The business is described as "awesome" and the staff, especially the "sweetheart" in the check-in office, are praised for their professionalism and friendliness.

Lady in the office was super nice and so kind. I had an issue and she helped me tremendously. About 15 trucks there when I got there at 9 am but I was there less than 3 hours. Would definitely reload here again and I hope the lady in the office gets a raise she was awesome.

You need to pull on the scales and write down your empty weight before you check in at shipping. I've been here a couple of times and these people are extremely friendly and loaded me quickly each time. The parking lot can get a little muddy when it rains. Wah, that's produce.

Easy in and out. Scale when you get here before checking in. Overnight parking available. Porta John on site. Loading can vary as far as times. Scale when you’re done loading before getting your bills. Tend to load a little heavy!
