I have been a long standing customer with Save on Drug. Dee, Mark and a few other great techs, are the only reason I keep using them. I am so tired of the others, and they know who they are, for the condescending replies, comments, treating me like low life. These few techs, and one pharmacist always seem to make sure my perception is not filled on time. They seem to forget to order them for next day fill. Very frustrated with these three employees of Save on Drug.

Hands down the best customer service I’d had ever!
Tarl, at the Ammon, ID pharmacy, tackled a very complicated issue with Good RX and my daughter’s meds! He was patient and even found humor during the hour long process to resolve the complication. Thanks so much for all your efforts! ~Joy

I absolutely love the staff at this location! I have chronic pain and 3 autoimmune diseases, so I have a lot of medications. These people are FANTASTIC at getting them done quickly and easily. They get on doing refills and following up with doctors promptly, they do all they can to be helpful and friendly. I do wish they had a drive thru! Aside from that, perfection!

Don’t waste your time. I called this pharmacy THREE TIMES to get a prescription transferred and every time I called the person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. I called my previous pharmacy to see what was going on and they told me they had already transferred the prescription TWICE. Clearly the people working here have no idea what they are doing.

I have been shopping at Albertsons in Ammon for many years. Every one of their store associates is friendly; even the ones who keep to themselves. I feel they go above and beyond. My one friend has been working there for a long time and he's very dedicated and loyal. Brian, Clyde, Melonie and many more provide spectacular service. Keep up the great work.
