“Vision Collision did an amazing job repairing my rear bumper... trim and tail light. This was a cash transaction and they did not try and overcharge me. I know this bc i had gotten other quotes and they were comparable. The whole transaction from beginning to end was seamless. They kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. Everytime I called the customer service was on point... always polite and answered my questions. When I got my car back is was totally clean inside and out. I am so appreciative for that. “These guys did a great job my truck. I had them do a spray in bedliner and a roll up tonneau cover. A couple stand out things these guys did for me. I had two growing rust spots in the bed of my truck. The owner Josh cut those out and welded in some new sheet metal. he was meticulous about it. To see where the patches are you really need to be looking for them. Also he sprayed some rust converter where the problem was originating. He then undercoated that area to further protect from future rust development. As for the tonneau cover its the Bak X4 hard roll up cover. It's locking mechanism requires precise alignment and manufacturing tolerances between the cover and the truck bed made for a challenging install. The guys took their time shimmed everything perfectly and made sure it was an install they were proud to put their name on. My project lasted beyond regular work hours and they stuck around and finished it. I never saw and bad attitude or felt like i was infringing on their after work hours. This business is ran like I remember business's being ran growing up as a Gen Xer. Will go the extra mile with a smile. Thanks ya'll.”

“Called Thursday afternoon and spoke with parts person. She explained that the computer system wasn’t working. She identified the requested part after looking it up by the VIN. She created an invoice by hand and placed the part aside on the invoice so I could drive the 100 miles on Friday to pick it up. “Barely tapped a deer and did what I thought was minor damage. In a brand new zr2 by the way. I took it in and these guys did the exact opposite of what I expected a body shop to do. They told me there wasn't any damage other than the plastic clips where the bumper attaches to the fender. Other body shops would've taken everything apart and said i need to repaint the bumper, hood, and fender to run the bill up.
They unclipped all the pieces realigned everything and clipped it back together. They repaired it in 1 day and charged less than my deductible. Absolute professionals.”

“I got in a collision with another vehicle a while back and it was a high anxiety experience. I went to 4 different auto body shops to get quotes and tj’s was the best value but I could also tell he was honest and fair. The other shops I visited were bigger and more commercial and they were dishonest in telling me what was absolutely necessary in order to get my car fixed. I’m sure most of their work is heavy diesel, but they took the time to get us in and get our repairs done so that we could get back on the road quickly, like the next day quickly. “We visited several shops for quotes before being referred to Young Auto Body by another local body shop because of the specialized repair needed on our 2022 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody, which has a laser-welded roof.

Our insurance company, USAA, initially wanted to pay for a cheaper repair that would not have been the correct way to repair the vehicle. Tom Hansen, the estimator, reached out to us, explained the proper repair process, and helped us advocate for ourselves with the insurance company. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure our car was repaired correctly rather than simply doing what the insurance company wanted to pay for.

There was a LOT of back-and-forth with our insurance company, but Tom encouraged us to keep pushing for the proper repair instead of allowing USAA to take shortcuts. His communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. The receptionist was also incredibly patient and friendly with all of my calls and messages as I worked through the situation with Tom. Every time I stopped by the shop unannounced to check on our car or talk through another issue with the insurance company, I was welcomed and never made to feel like I was bothering anyone. I felt the Young Auto Body team was on our side.

In the end, Young Auto Body completed the repair the right way, and the quality of the work and attention to detail really shows. When it was time to pick up the car, I noticed something that needed to be replaced. Before I could even finish explaining it to Kevin, the owner, he told me he had already ordered the part and that they would call me when it came in so they could install it. That level of customer service really says a lot about the kind of business they run.

They even recommended a local insurance company for us to consider switching to, which we ultimately did.

I'm actually writing this review a year after the repair was completed. Having dealt with multiple insurance companies over the years, and having experienced poor-quality, sloppy work from other body shops on different vehicles—from shops out of state—the communication, encouragement, customer service, and quality of the repair at Young Auto Body have really stuck with me. A year later, the experience still stands out as the best I've had dealing with an accident repair.

Hopefully, we won't need any accident repairs in the future, but if we do, there is absolutely no question that we will use Young Auto Body again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that cares about doing things correctly, stands behind its work, communicates well, and genuinely looks out for its customers.

“We went on a trip and got the check engine light turned on while we headed to our location. We previously stopped by a NAPA store in another town which helped us figure out the location of the issue but did not have the part we needed. While driving we looked up the part that we needed and found that this AutoZone location had what we needed for our old 1998 car. We stopped there, bought our part we needed and let the car cool to allow us to work on the car. We then tried to replace the part in the parking lot and noticed that this part was not what we needed but found that there was a break in another part which we went back into AutoZone for assistance. With AutoZone employees help; help of an auto mechanic that happened to be there; and our own research we were able to find out the part we needed. Something along the lines of a vacuum intake piece which we had to get the generic kind for this to work. We did have to drive some and figure out which way the part needed to go in but due to this part the check engine light did eventually go away.

“I can truly say to date I have not experienced any company who is as genuinely customer centered as Timberline. After my collision, my car was not drivable; because my insurance did not cover rental fees I was left paying out of pocket. This was when every single body shop in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Blackfoot and other surrounding areas had a 3-4 month waitlist, which would have left me having to pay upwards of $3-4000K for this rental period. When Brian found out about my dilemma, he immediately shifted his priorities to get me in within the same week. To ensure timelines for other customers did not get jeopardized, he put in his own time to care of my repairs himself.On top of that, despite Timberline being a Bodyshop, Brian and his team went further out of their way to repair my mechanical damages, going significantly above and beyond what they usually do. As a car-naive person, I was completely unaware of the difference between a body shop and a mechanic. I did not realize until after all was said and done what a privilege and blessing I had encountered to stumble across Timberline's kindness and generous mission. On top of all else, the work on my bumper was superb; months later, my car is running as well as new. I was left with a tiny rental cost and a small deductible.
