Bought boots two days later they go on sale $5 cheaper came in to buy two more items and when I showed receipt and asked for price difference they refused. Said I need to go home and bring item back in . I mean it’s $5 so going back home to grab item and then back seems excessive. Poor customer service if you ask me

1st day of football my 5th grader had shoes that were way too small. We ran to big 5 a few min before they closed and Megan, Hailey and Nash stayed late. Helped me find a mouth guard to work with braces. And they were happy. They rock!!!
