I really used to like this office, I have been going to Bobby for over 20 years, his office staff didn't do their job after talking to them which cost me $130 dollar more for last month, when I contacted them the office lady told me it would take 2 to 3 days and after a week I called them back again to be told she wouldn't be in for another 15 minutes or so again I called back two days later and talked to Bobby which I was told by him his office lady wouldn't have told me 2 to 3 days, so after being called a liar I left his office and will never go back, so just a heads up if you ever call his office with a problem or complaint I would record the conversation so you have proof of what was said. Sorry it comes up as Bobby, my name is James Peterson and what do you know he was more worried about my name not being correct, but anyways the biggest problem is I had to call your office 3 times to get a response or have you guys do your job that your paid to do, you probably have so many clients that you feel like you dont need to take care of your clients like you used to, shame on you and your office personal for not caring like you used to.

Very disappointed. I called multiple times and asked multiple questions about switching vehicles and not once was I told there was even a possibility of extra fees from switching. Now I’m saddled with a bill that’s $100 more than I was told.
