My family has used this pharmacy for 10 years. They have their ups and downs, but an incident with them last week was the last straw for us. Due to a cyber hack on their billing hub they were unable to bill for our medications unless we paid for them out of pocket. Considering the length of time we have been customers and our consistent insurance I found this unreasonable. My main concern is for a disabled family member who needed critical mental health meds that they refused to fill unless he paid for them out of pocket. He, like many people on a fixed income, cannot do that. The message that money matters more than people's safety was clear. I am shocked by the heartless and unethical behavior we experienced. We moved our entire family to another pharmacy and had the critical mental health meds needed in less than 24 hours.

This pharmacy takes SO long. It takes them 24+ hours to fill prescriptions. I switched here because it’s so close to my house but I’ve used Albertson’s and Walgreens and neither of them took even half as long as Broulim’s. It’s so frustrating to wait for 30+ minutes every time when the prescription should have already been ready.

I’ve had a good experience working with their pharmacy, thus far. They’ve been very prompt and professional. My only gripe is the hours of operation. In my opinion, closing at 7pm instead of 6pm on the weekdays would be more idyllic.

I have always felt judged by every pharmacy that I have used to fill my medication. I went to Broulim’s and not once, even when I had to get more called in for having surgery and taking the medication more frequently than typical months; have I ever felt judgment. They fill every 4 weeks rather than the same day each month. It’s almost as though they comprehend that some months are a day longer than others. I would gladly take the ignorant attitude of a technician who is having a bad day with the service I receive. But, that’s not the case. The Pharmacy staff are all kind and caring to their patients and customers. Honestly the best pharmacy in all of south east Idaho.

Like others, I was ignored multiple times by an employee while at the drive-thru. The employee even ate a handful of popcorn while looking at me and passing me several times. Management needs to manage. Despite a shortage of employees, write employees up to prevent them from poor customer service and from leaving you and going elsewhere without you holding them accountable. This tech should be fired but you have to know how to manage to do such an action correctly. This rating would be a zero if I could. I had the prescription sent to Mike's instead who has had nothing but outstanding service. Go to and/or redirect/transfer your prescriptions to Mike's that also has compounding, mail delivery, regular same-day delivery, and a drive-thru for humans and pets.

Can’t thank Broumlins enough. We needed emergency refills because we were stuck here with a family member in the hospital. They patiently worked with us for three different family members with different doctors and pharmacies . Not once did a staff member make us feel like we were being unreasonable. They would be my pharmacy if I lived in the area for sure!

Really impressed by the lengths this pharmacy went to in order to mix up some special medicine for my dog! I had a few worries about the ingredients and dosage and the whole staff went to great lengths to do additional research to help soothe my worries. They even called to follow up a week later to make sure my dog wasnt having any side effects! A big thank you to Joe & Wendy for handling all my anxious questions and being so patient with me!

So unprofessional! It is amazing that this keeps going on, unless the head pharmacist Joe is there it is amazing how bad the service is. Waited over 50 minutes for a script that we had turned in the afternoon before. 1 pharmacist, 2 techs up front standing around and three girls in the back telling jokes and giggling. While 4 customers stood up front being ignored. The worst part about this is it is not the first time. Still in shock!

I called today to see why my prescriptions were no longer being delivered, I had assumed it was because of the labor shortage and their driver had gone on maternity leave the end of January. When I questioned why I wasn't prescriptions delivered I was informed they had removed me from delivery and I had been talked to several times about it.I asked them if they were confused and thinking I was someone else because I had never been contacted or spoken to about being taken off delivery. I was informed there had been notes left, which I've never received a single note, much less multiple notes. I was also told it's not their responsibility to use their personal phones to call and make sure I'm home and because it's a free service there's no scheduled time. At no point was I told there was an issue. So basically they can come anytime between 9-5 Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.I suffer from chronic pain as well as other medical issues and spend >90% of my time in my apartment, on my balcony, or at doctor appointments. This was handled very unprofessionally and they were snotty when I had the audacity to inquire about it.
