10 dollars to cash their own checks. You're pretty much punished for not having an account with them in my opinion.

Very friendly staff. A good bank to do simple checking accounts with. As far as loans, and other things, they seem to be understaffed. I've liked Chase because of the advanced online features, and their nationwide presence.

I was originally frustrated with this branch months ago due to never getting an answer on the phone or getting an appointment. However this time the teller was able to get us an appointment even though they seemed busy. the banker was super helpful and got us taken care of!
