Walmart Walmart usually pretty good displays in these managers do not give a crap and they will tell you they do not sell items that they clearly sell because one of the employees has never seen them trying to get over a manager is a joke and complaining about anything to any of the management is a joke I personally would rather drive all the way to Utah avenue or all the way to Rexburg before I ever go into that Walmart again.

I know people in corporate and I know other store managers and this place sucks compared to other Walmarts, I’ve never been greeted with a smile or any enthusiasm. The people doing pickup almost ran into me very aggressively and I’ve found a milk jug on the floor. I go to a self checkout because it was green light and it turned red right as it getting there because the worker turned it off. Note it’s very busy so to hop back in line is inconvenient.Then this guy stands hovering over me while I checkout. Excuse me sir I don’t steal and never would. Then there’s the guy who has Gaven me a dirty look EVERYTIME I’ve left that store. It’s unfortunate it’s the only one close to me because growing up I always have shopped at a nice Walmart but maybe in Idaho they dont care up here about service. Working in hospitality I know how important service is and this store in all departments I’ve encountered has failed miserably. Hopefully as I come into this store it’s a better experience but my expectations are low. Only a matter of time before their district manager notices somthing and ends the problem because for a Walmart this isn’t anything to how they run their stores.

The lady that greets people at the door just verbally abused my wife today because of a store receipt . This is so out of line !!!! How can Walmart have theys people working for them in our community. We are going to take legal action!!!

I purchased a brand new phone less than 2 weeks ago from the Walmart in burley idaho. At the time I purchased it i asked the cashier if I would be able to return it if I didn't want it to the local Walmart super center where I live and he said yes I could. Less Than 2 weeks later I tried and was denied and told that I have to drive 2½ hours back to burley to return it... the manager was very rude and unprofessional and even tho I asked her for a copy of this policy she refused to give It to me. So I went out my car and called the burley Walmart and spoke with the store manager and he told me I should be able to return ANY product to ANY Walmart nationwide beings it's a franchise.. how do u file a complaint on a higher level? . I paid for the item with money and I have a reciept... they act like I'm a shop lifter... it's disrespectful, rude,and if the roles were reversed I'd be made to make it right. Why shouldnt Walmart and Walmart management have to make this right
