They are very patient and do a great job of meeting their customers expectations while also managing the more unrealistic ones. ? You must visit the store and see the beautiful furniture for sure! “Ran in for some men's socks. Found some, purchased them and left. Store was a little disorganized but all Ross stores are like that. You have to be willing to do some digging/ searching when you go to Ross. Great prices though! Cashier was semi friendly/ helpful.”
“I went in for a friend to get some more fabric that she wanted. She didn't pick up enough when she was in a month ago, abd since it's a 3 hour drive from where we live and I was going to IdahobFalls, I told her inwoukd get her more. Instead if me fumbling around trying to find what she wanted, I asked one of the sales staff to help me. She could've have been more accommodating. She was also training a new employee so we both learned. I hadn't been to a Joann's for a few years but I will be making more stops here in the future when I'm in Idaho Falls or Missoula. Thank you Joann's for being so kind to me.”

“I've been to many Hobby Lobby stores across the US, and this one in Idaho Falls stands out for the wide variety of selection. I was surprised to see an aisle of toys, including dolls and games, as well as a big selection of reasonably priced Hello Kitty items. The team members here are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well organized. This Hobby Lobby is one of my favorites!”
