I have been with Brocker agency since I moved here in 2005. We've worked through a lot of problems together. They have always looked out for my best interest, not the corporate welfare. They give me advice on how to navigate claims in a successfully and are always there when I contact them. I have never been disappointed in their service to me. A previous review talked about the unprofessional behavior of Melanie. There is a slight bit of truth to that, she was a little rough, but I did still find the same level of customer service and care in her work for me as I did with all the other employees. I am never considered going anywhere else.

I feel neutral about AllState. They are just another insurance company. However, Jenifer Brocker is by far the best insurance agent you'll ever find. Nobody works harder for their customers than she does.
