Update, Madison helped us the other day and I decided to change my review to from a 3 to a 5... still pricey, but now we know the secrets... go talk to them and they will tell ya all the tricks. Way to step it up kohl's!
Too pricey! Unless you stumble onto a sweet deal then it feels awesome, feels it’s the key word, the prices are so darn high that when you find a regular priced item you feel like you’re getting a good deal, lol. Staff a bit standoff-ish

I love shopping at Kohl's in Idaho Falls! They have good reasonable prices & rewards points & coupons that help me be able to buy more when it's a great deal! I love shopping online the most because it's easier for me because of mobility problems. You're return policy is great too! Sometimes it doesn't fit right or I don't like it or need it like I thought I did! Your clerks are friendly & helpful. I love online shopping is easy to use & they put the Kohl's cash & coupons there to use easily! Thanks Kohl's. I only wish you had more plus sized in your store!

Went on a day when their clearance items were 50% off what was already marked down. Love Kohls for this kind of thing they offer really good deals to begin with and when their clearance goes on sale it's even better I walked out of the store that day with almost $300 in clothing having only paid about $50 . The only negative I can say about it is one of the dresses I took home with me still had the magnetic tag thingy stuck to it, and now I have to go back and have them remove it.

Sevice 10/10
I recently went in during Memorial weekend after suffering a loss in the family. I went in to just brows and look around, hoping makeup would possibly make me feel a little better. While I was checking out the makeup section, an employee by the name AJ came up to me and kindly asked if I needed any help looking for anything. I let her know that I was just looking around and not looking for anything specific. She complimented my hair, and it started up a conversation because I dyed it myself. She made me feel so welcome. She really doesn't know how much I needed that at that moment and really wanted to show some appreciation for her. We really need more people like her out in the world. She put a smile on my face when I wasn't feeling the greatest, and I believe something like that should never go unnoticed.

What a beautiful store with great employees who care about what there store presents to our community. Very clean organized and friendly people. Kohl's is a great experience of nice clothing for great prices I was actually amazed not as pricey as I thought.
