“Another update 7-22, Kaylee is rocking the checkout, she friendly, makes eye contact and is super helpful! Good job managment, keep hiring the good ones! Update, Madison helped us the other day and I decided to change my review to from a 3 to a 5... still pricey, but now we know the secrets... go talk to them and they will tell ya all the tricks. Way to step it up kohl's! Too pricey! Unless you stumble onto a sweet deal then it feels awesome, feels it’s the key word, the prices are so darn high that when you find a regular priced item you feel like you’re getting a good deal, lol. Staff a bit standoff-ish”

“Ya'll are missing the boat if you aren't shopping here! It was time for me to get a pair of cowboy work boots for work and pleasure. Where better to go than the Boot Barn in Idaho Falls. The store is immaculate and the smell of leather permeates every corner. The staff is exceptional! It's not easy purchasing a pair of cowboy boots when your gams are as big as mine! So when it comes to finding the right fit, it's important to me. That's where Kermit comes into the picture. Let me tell you about Kermit.....he is the MAN when it comes to finding the right pair for the fit and occasion. At regular big box stores you are interacting with someone who might still be in highschool or has no passion for what they do. Kermit measured my foot and brought me 8 different pairs to try on. He could tell me something about every pair without looking at tags or looking stuff up on a computer. You could tell his expertise comes from years of experience and commitment to the job, 15 years as I understand it! Something that can't be trained! Thank you Boot Barn and thank you Kermit for making my buying experience second to none!”

“They're the only people who i can trust getting my stuff right. I've been going there for years and this past visit led me to leave a review. A couple things came in later than they said and I was worried I wouldn't get it in time for a wedding. Mistakes happen and shipping can be unpredictable. What I didn't expect was how well they made it right. They got them in and tailored the next day, they even compensated me according for the mishap. Accidents are inevitable but how you respond says a lot about the character of your business and staff. Huge thanks to Ephraim for helping us from the start.”
