Although it was after the fact I had already paid for my new battery, he was able to identify the fact my original battery was still under warranty and thanks to his AMAZING attention to detail, I was able to leave with a new battery without cost to me. “Jacob was a pleasure to work with getting my truck scheduled and worked on. He helped troubleshoot what I thought was an oil leak. Turns out it was a coolant leak where the tubing wasn’t completely secured. He was able to work on my car the same day that I dropped it off, and I got my car back a lot sooner than expected. I felt like Jacob dealt with me honestly when looking into other issues with my truck. It’s never fun taking your car in to get worked on. But overall, this was a good experience.”

“I would have never expected to give Walmart a 5 star rating, but these guys are great at this location. The manager Ron has been superb. He even remembered me when I came in a month later. I live closer to the Ammon Walmart, but it is worth the drive to go to this one. They are so much better than the one in Ammon. However, I do think the Ammon location is much busier and they get overwhelmed.”
