Very eager to sell a bed and tell you that there is a 100 day free trial but once you try to return, because the mattres is a glorified air mattres that when you dip your hips to roll in bed your shoulders come up and in the soft setting you are sleeping in a dip feet high, head high but hips in a dip, terrible back position. Terrible bed, but then what they don't tell you is when you try to return the product, first they won't let you return inside 30 days second after the 30 days they charge you $300 to come pick it up and will not allow you to take it back to the store to avoid pick-up fees. Just skip the mattress altogether and get a TempurPedic mattress that does not transfer motion when I roll and dip my hips the bed does not Bubble Up and raise my shoulders the bed supports my back even when laying on my side, always comfortable. Just for reference we bought the i8 sleep number and the tempur pedic Lux soft.

Absolutely hate our bed. Had it just over a month and they have been out almost every weekend trying to fix it because it goes flat every single night. It's a glorified air mattress. They don't tell you that you can't return the base when you buy it with the bed on the 100 night guarantee so your stuck with a really expensive adjustable base that you won't even be able to use the app on it cause they take all that and send you a remote. It's not even worth the money we are paying for the base when they give us a remote now instead of us using the app. Rip off. Can't wait for them to come get this awful bed. Worst thing ever. Your sales reps need to tell you the bed is not included don't just expect the customer to read the agreement your sales need to make it perfectly clear THE FRAME IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE 100 NIGHT TRIAL, waist of time.

I bought a bed. So far, so good. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. *Update: staff neglected to say their sleep guarantee does not cover the bed frame. Now I am stuck with it. Don't trust their promises. *Response to the owner: The words from your employees need to match the words on the receipt, the register or the website. This is a very expensive promise. It should be discussed often during the purchase, and the last thing discussed before signing the bill of sale. You need to take ownership of that! Horrible business practice.

UPDATE: As you can see, my point about the store doing nothing and just referring you to Sleep Number Customer service in their comments below. Well, I tried calling again just to see what happens. All I got was the we are experiencing longer than normal wait times. You can expect hold time of over a hour" This is terrible customer service. In my 30 years in retail, we reached out to the unhappy customer, not the other way around.The sales experience was ok and the gentlemen that installed the bed and have come out several times on service calls are nice professional employees, this bed is junk. $7,000 worth of junk. This is not our first Sleep Number and we had no problems with our first one that we had for over 15 years. The store can't do anything about problems other than refer you to the customer service number. They have not been able to figure out why the underbed lighting comes on when we get in the bed, goes out in 10 minutes and then comes back on whenever you move in the bed. While this sounds like a minor inconvenience, imagine someone turning on your bedroom lights everytime you move just a little in the bed. Over and over all night long. Then no sleep data records for that day. One customer service representative actually told us to just disable this feature. No, we are aging and need the lighting for safety. We paid for this feature and it should work properly. There must be a book of customer service contact records in my name regarding this bed. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this problem yet it still persists. Sleep Number has thrown a bunch of parts at this bed but there is obviously a wiring issue somewhere. A real company would have replaced this lemon. Not impressed with Sleep Number beds anymore or the customer service we have received on this one. It will definitely be our last.

The sales reps were kind, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Allowed us time to discuss and decide without pressure. Very great to work with! And it was a good experience trying out beds and having help in deciding what was the best fit for us. And these beds are incredible!! Where a normal 500 to 1,000 mattress needs replacing every so many years, this will be our bed until we die!! We LOVE the comfort and deep level of sleep we’ve received with sleep number. Thank you!

Richard was great to work with. He let us try out the multiple beds they had on site, and we were able to find the one we like. He was not pushy and was fine with us thinking about it and coming back later to get a bit. If we were to get a sleep number we would come there to get it.

Customer service is awful!!!! System hung up on me. Once I finally got through I was talking with a representative and in the middle of our conversation got kicked off by a message that their customer service was closed and call back tomorrow even though I was in the middle of a conversation.
