“I love the helpful caring employees and the store carries my incense and cbd's and vitamins etc etc. it's always a good energy. I enjoy that they have a drive through window and sometimes they have dog treats for my lab. She enjoys the interaction with them too.”

“I too, once bought a cheap-o lighter at that very store too! It was suggested to me, to contact the manufacturer for my refund. As T.C. didn't make the cheap thing! WHOA! What a GREAT IDEA! Fast forward a few weeks later, and I'd bought some smaller, rolled cigars that were displayed at the cash register. The first one I lit, and attempted to smoke on my way home, had all but disintegrated, because it wasn't stored in their humidor. Next week when I came back to the store, with the product, I showed it to the cashier. She initially began to tell me. "tough luck". After I pointed out there were several other packages of the same product, in the same place, I suggested she may want to check tone too! Long story short, the cashier cheerfully, refunded me (after speaking with her bos), and removed the other damaged product! Sometimes a little patience...goes a LONG WAY! I just try to be the custome, that I WANNA TALK TO!”
