Had Savanah add highlights to my old lady hair that is turning gray.
She did amazing! Great blending of highlights and just the right amount of gray coverage while leaving a little gray showing, leaving very natural looking hair!

My wife seems to like the variety of unnecessary primping and conditioning potions... They have plenty of creams and cleaners for most of your body parts... Even some waxing components to make y'all less hairy for a while...

Ulta Beauty in Idaho Falls is awesome! The team here is always welcoming, attentive, and super helpful. I had an issue with a pickup order, and they were quick to remedy the situation, while smiling and being sympathetic to me the entire time. I always enjoy chatting with the team members and getting their advice on the best products for my needs. They are knowledgeable and always happy to help!

I understand that it’s a cashiers job to ask about the credit card, and I’m fine being asked once. But no means no. I don’t appreciate being asked 5 times if I want a credit card after already declining multiple times while checking out. If you want to be badgered to open a line of credit then by all means come to this location.

Online order got fulfilled from this store... first the product sent was wrong variety. Ordered a pink / pearl limited edition - store sent the normal version. Item had clearly been returned before as there was tape over the factory seal. When opened up the attachments had been used with hair still in it and the main unit was missing. Shame on this store for sending their used returns back out for online orders. Terrible service.

I have gone here for salon services (hair cut and color) off and on for several years. I've never had any issues until last night. I went in at 4 and left at 9 with hair darker than I asked for. I wanted a blonde balayage and received green hair. The stylist asked if she could do a bleach wash which I refused. She stripped my hair twice to get the green out. I was offered products to strip it myself at home instead of her trying to fix it. In the end, I was told it would fade out eventually but could come back another day to have the color fixed for free. I was then expected to pay full price for this service. When I said I didn't think that was fair and was in tears they offered me 10% off. Again, I didn't feel this was fair either so they gave me 25% off. I paid so I could leave but will never be returning.

Went there with my wife. I got bored there and it smelled a lot like soap to me (go figure). But my wife left happy and service was great.
