Always open, great service. Even know they don't support my insurance, goodRX is a thing.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst!! They have issues every single time with my husbands medications and mine! We never have a smooth experience.

The tech messed up my e-file. After my meds were put back on the shelf, instead of just filling my order, he used one of my e-file refills. Now I only have 1 left instead of 2

Very displeased with my service here. The pharmacist informed my mom and I (who were here to pick up a schedule 2 drug for my dad who is in EXTREME pain all the way from Pocatello since they were the only pharmacy open) that we would have to drive BACK to Pocatello to get the physicians signature for the prescription. I’m sorry, it’s 2023 and electronic signatures exist??? When asked what we can do, the pharmacist responded “we need a signature.” With my knowledge of health care being a receptionist, I’m aware that electronic signatures exist and that patients aren’t dwindled down to having to drive all the way back to the hospital where they were prescribed the medication. Absolutely atrocious that an electronic physicians signature wasn’t discussed until I brought it up. I’m truly sorry you have to work on Labor Day but there’s a reason, PEOPLE NEED THEIR MEDICATIONS. ?? ?? ?? the older woman technician with the long hair was the most helpful. Thank you for your kindness. The other two of you, you should really reconsider your professions. Wow.

This will be the last time that I ever feel a prescription here. I just had surgery on my leg and my foot which was a open reduction internal fixation. They drill the hole through my ankles and put a string through there in order to tighten my lateral malleolus onto the Talus. Needless to say, I've been in more pain than I ever anticipated. I went to fill a prescription of norcos which was directly from the surgeon and this Walgreens lady who barely spoke English told me that they would be keeping this subscription there and then I could come by in the morning. I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life, so I called into the pharmacist and he said I could come by to get my prescription in the morning. Do they just treat everybody like crackheads? Is that the appoint that we have come to as a country? I do not ever take painkillers unless I I'm in serious pain, which is obviously after this surgery. I serve 4 years honestly in the United States Marine Corps through two campaigns, so to try to get some norcos after a serious surgery and be made to feel like a crackhead is ridiculous. I would like to know the person's name who could barely speak English who made me feel like that. She hung up the phone and didn't say anything else and I could hear her in the background when I was talking to the pharmacist. This will be the last time I ever feel a prescription at this pharmacy. What a complete and utter disappointment.

They gave me 2 different hep B vaccines. They also told me my insurance didn't work for two visits. I went to get an mmr and finally accepted my insurance. Horrible staff that have no idea what they're doing. NEVER get vaccines here. Go to the idaho public health office.

Zero stars!!!! Unfortunately I can't taste that. This is an awful place to get prescriptions for your kids. Just awful. I call to make sure it was filled and ready, I was told 20 minutes by a very nice lady on the phone, I go in, in EXACTLY 20 minutes and was told by a rude guy that they can't fill it! What in 20 minutes you guys ran out? I think not. Don't go here, go anywhere else even for the convenience of 24hrs, you'll still be waiting to get it, especially if it's for your child.

Switched my prescription over thinking it was going to be cheaper. It was not. On top of the frustration I had to go through their pharmacy call center twice and the second time I asked to be transferred to the place I was trying to call. Switching my prescription back. You made me a loyal customer at my original pharmacy.

I've called this pharmacy at least 4 times in the middle of the night for questions and concerns about medication. The pharmacist is always super helpful and calms any worries I have, and gives very helpful advice.

Walgreens has gone down hill and multiple people give misinformation from the pharmacy over the phone, then they tell you there “Oh I don’t know why they would tell you that”?Will be switching away from Walgreens in the future to a pharmacy that doesn’t give out misinformation and works more smoothly. Used to be a good pharmacy in Ammon years ago.-KJ Gregory

Extremely slow. They also don't carry a certain kind of cough syrup anymore but that has not been communicated with the local doctors. They should really work on the communication.

Wish I could put 0 stars. This is absolutely the worst place to try to get medication for your kids. They truly do not care. Twice now I’ve been told by one person “we can’t fill it, we are out of stock” and then the next person “oh, that’s been filled sense 3pm yesterday!” After getting yelled at because “it’s out of their control, there is a nationwide shortage, your kid is just going to have to deal with it and take some Tylenol.” I get it, nationwide shortage, I get it… you’ve probably dealt with a lot of stressed out patients and parents… but have some respect and don’t treat people poorly because you hate your job!

If I could rate them no stars, I would. My boyfriend had surgery on Friday afternoon. The hospital had sent over several prescriptions at 8:56AM. When we went to pick them up, they weren't ready. We were told it would be about 20 minutes. We ran some other errands and came back. Upon our return, we realized they had only filled half of the prescriptions and none of the pain medicine. For obvious reasons, that was one of the more important prescriptions. After some confusion, we were told they "found" the prescription which indicated to me that they hadn't done a thorough job and had lost the prescription. Since they hadn't gotten it ready, we were told we had to wait another 20 minutes. For someone getting out of surgery and in a lot of pain, this was an awful lot of running around. It was truly ridiculous an inconvenient. To top it off the red-headed pharmacy tech was very rude! We came back a 3rd time and apparently they had an old address on file from 15yrs ago. The red headed tech was making faces at us like we were suspicious because we couldnt remember an address from 15 years ago. It was extremely insulting and embarrassing to be treated like a criminal all over prescribed medication. After all that, the doctor sent over another prescription the following day. We called ahead to ensure we wouldn't have have the same issues as before and were told we couldn't pick up the second prescription of pain medicine until the 10th. This didn't make sense, nonetheless it was explained that the 1st prescription of pain medicine was for 3 days. This was inaccurate, it was only for 2. After the pharmacist reviewed the prescription, she admitted the 1st prescription was only for 2 days and said she would fill the 2nd prescription the following morning. We called ahead regarding the 2nd prescription and again, it wasn't ready and the notes were wrong, AGAIN! Thank goodness the technician (an older lady) was at least nice! Finally, we got our (hopefully) last prescription. Overall, it seems like the pharmacy was disorganized (how do you lose a prescription?), unprepared, and the red headed tech was absolutely rude! It was an awful experience and has completely changed my view of Walgreens. Extremely disappointed.

My daughter in law went in to fill prescriptions for my son who needed pain medication for an injury he had fallen off a ladder from 2 stories high landing on his head on cement. He has since been released from the hospital however is on a lot of medication for his injuries. I was on the phone with my daughter in law when she originally went in to Walgreens to fill my son's prescriptions originally and she was having a lot of issues filling his medications. They were telling her that his insurance would not fill the quantity that he was being prescribed and I advised her that it was to go through Workman's Comp. where she advised them while I was on the phone that he was injured while at work etc. They made calls to the Doctor who prescribed the medication and somehow things worked out. The next thing I know more issues with the medication at Walgreens so my daughter in law proceeded to go to a different Pharmacy and there she advised them that it was a Workman's Comp claim and the young lady at the Pharmacy gave her a paper, had her fill it out and she had the medication filled in no time. Fast Forward a day and once again needed a pain medication refill (hence my current post). My daughter went in to fill the prescription for pain medication and it was for 60 pills at which she was advised that they only had 16 or 17 pills but if she filled the prescription for the partial prescription, she would then void the remainder of the prescription. She was furious and did not understand how that could be. She had to fill the prescription and was then told if she filled it, she would then have to contact the prescribing doctor and have him write another script. However, it is Labor Day weekend and how in the world is she suppose to do that. Now .... I am here to say the Pharmacist or whoever to her this information is wrong... Drug Enforcement Administration 85 FR 78282 21 CFR 1306 Partial Filling of Prescriptions for Schedule II Controlled Substances federalregister.gov/d/20… The partial filling of a prescription for a controlled substance listed in Schedule II is permissible if the pharmacist is unable to supply the full quantity called for in a written or emergency oral prescription and he makes a notation of the quantity supplied on the face of the written prescription, written record of the emergency oral prescription, or in the electronic prescription record. The remaining portion of the prescription may be filled within 72 hours of the first partial filling; however, if the remaining portion is not or cannot be filled within the 72-hour period, the pharmacist shall notify the prescribing individual practitioner. No further quantity may be supplied beyond 72 hours without a new prescription. My daughter in law was never given this information she was just advised that she needed to call the doctor and get another prescription. Whatever happened to serving your customers and giving the correct information? First of all, I am extremely annoyed obviously by this long post!! How many customers have gone through this game? First of all, why didn't Walgreens give her the paperwork the other Pharmacy gave my daughter in law regarding Workman's Comp insurance, secondly why didn't they advise her of the 72-hour period for filling the rest of the medication? Thirdly your customer service skills need to be addressed along with other issues I have listed above!! I could go on put I wont I think I have said enough!

Scheduled my vaccine in an evening time slot. I waited 10 minutes in line to be acknowledged, and then over an hour past my appointment time to get the vaccine. This happened the last time I scheduled a vaccine as well. The guy before me soared by in 10 minutes; they must prefer males. Not a recommended place for vaccines.
