I have been out of my blood pressure meds for over a month. Used the app to request a refill. They had to get a doctor's prescription for anther year. Waited two weeks and it was still pending. Asked my doctor if they got a request and they said no. This time I called Walgreens and the employee said he would put a request in the next day as it was after hours. Still two plus weeks and still pending and doctor still have not received a request for prescription. Checked with Walgreens again and while we were waiting the pharmacy tech looked at our account and over a hot mike called our doctor a "loser ." To add to this my wife dropped off a number of prescriptions, one of which was for pain. It took over a week to get that filled because they had MISPLACED THE PRESCRIPTION! Meanwhile she had to deal with and suffer with the pain. It was our doctor's office that had to call to get it straighten out. We are done with these people. Asked for a written prescription from my doctor for my meds and we are taking our business elsewhere. Maybe I can get my blood pressure medication filled finally.

Sooooo disorganized and takes forrrrevveerrrr to get my medication. I stopped using Walgreens years ago for the same reasons, but had an emergency yesterday and my regular pharmacy is closed on Sundays. So I had to use Walgreens. Huge mistake. Nothing has changed. Still sucks.

The pharmacy is super slow. If you have any other options don’t come.

Made an appointment for a Flu test this morning. Waited an hour with my sick wife just to be told they don’t have any. Finally just decided to go to urgent care. It would of been nice to know at check in!

I rarely need a pharmacy run...but found myself in a line of about 8, drive thru was a bit longer. 3 gentlemen got in line behind me, were verbally frustrated than left. *this was literally only 2 minutes of us being in line*The line was caught up and drive thru was empty in less than 10minutes. There was 2 people in line that were getting irritated for theirs not being ready. I was super impressed with how these ladies handle the rush, and the irrate customers. Wanted to give Jolie *I hope I got that right * a shout out for not letting the rude customers get to her. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to highlight them since pharmacies seem to get a bad rap.

3 times at this pharmacy, and on the phone for an hour with my insurance provider...they still didn't get it right. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after reading the other reviews with the same experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Apathetic, rude, and not friendly, if that's what you're looking for, this is the place!

0 stars for the pharmacy, 4 for the store. I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for the last 17 or 18 years. This last year it has gotten terrible. The pharmacist's/tech are downright rude. I was told I would get a text when they were done. After waiting 6 hours for 2 prescriptions, and still no text, went in. Only 1 was ready. I asked the pharmacist why only 1 was ready , and wondered out loud how hard it could be to throw 30 pills in a container. I was literally told "We are the busiest pharmacy in the city, you aren't our only customer.". Will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

I wish I could give less stars! I am beyond frustrated. I went to pick up my meds (that I specifically clarified the brand and need for name brand to the pharmacist) and the pharmacist asked me invasive and personal questions about my medication. This was a refill and I didn't need to use it for a little bit. When I went to use the medication, it was the wrong medication which I was charged the name brand price for. I had no choice so I used the medication after searching if it was the same as the one currently taking. I attempted this medication and had a reaction and cardiac symptoms (and am still dealing with some of the symptoms a week later). I called the pharmacy to find out what happened and see about fixing it. I and my doctor were gaslit and blamed even though I went through every step prior to ensure I received the correct medication. I was shamed and blamed and told they would order new medication but nothing else. It should not be my job to ensure the pharmacists do their job correctly. I am horrified, what if this was someone's medication for seizures or serious cardiac symptoms?

I have been living and working in Yellowstone Park so I was have scripts filled I. Rexburg. Got a week off work for labor day weekend and needed my medsn so transfered to this location. It was ready for pick-up in Rexburg for $25, the usual price paid for 6 months now. Go to pick up here and they charged $99.17. They said I couldn't use the manufacturer coupon. So they stole $75 for transferring from one store to another. That will be the last money Walgreens will ever see from my family.

I purchased a medication from Walgreens (not my usual pharmacy, but mine was closed at the time). The co-pay was $10. A few days after purchasing the medication, I saw two charges on my card; one for $10 and one for $157.91. Who knows how this happened. When I brought it to the attention of management, they said informed me that they did charge this amount of money to someone, but their records indicate it was to another customer. They said I would have to print off a copy of my card statement (I guess email wouldn't suffice) and wait nearly a week for some higher-up to address the issue. I'm just thankful I'm not one those nearly 40% of Americans who can't get access to $400, even if it was an emergency.

I love this pharmacy! they are extremely hard working. I have talked to the pharmacist and the aids on the phone several times and they have been extremely kind, patient and helpful with figuring out my sons prescriptions. Thank you Walgreens!

The pharmacy at this Walgreens location is a joke. The technician Diana was probably one of the most rude and unhelpful people i’ve had to deal with at a pharmacy.Hopefully the pharmacy can change. they need to actually be helpful to its customers, and not try to cause confusion with medication. These people should not be medicinal professions at all.
