The staff was helpful and understanding when I picked up a friend's van.
My friends van broke down on his wife, and they live over 4 hours away. It was a pleasure to work with this establishment and the employees to have me pick it up and arrange for my friend to be able to retrieve it after bissness hours.
They even went above and beyond when I showed up the next day because I forgot my driver's license in their office.

These guys made it so easy to get my car fixed!! I called and they knew pretty much right away from my description, so I was able to prepare for the cost and time it would take to fix. I had tried to call another place, but they wanted to charge for the diagnosis. These guys didn't charge me for diagnosing the issue at all.
I dropped my car off early in the morning before they were open by using the key drop, and they called pretty soon after opening to confirm the issue and pricing. They were done in less than a day, I showed up when they called me, and they had everything ready to go. I paid, signed, and went home. These guys are so great! Thank you for your amazing service!

I brought my car in with some loose skirting due to a broken rivet and they fixed in less than 15 minutes at no charge. They have always taken amazing care of me and my vehicle. There's a reason their parking lot is always full! Thank you guys for the wonderful service and attitude.

I’ve only just dropped off my truck, but my initial experience was excellent. The guy at the desk was great, I think his name was Fred. He got to me quickly and was very personable. He asked if I needed a ride, and set one up with Kara who got me to my bus stop in no time. She was friendly and her car was clean. Thank you guys! I’ll post more when the services are complete.

Wally has a heart of gold, and he runs a great business. Knowledgeable, with excellent service. The best auto shop in Idaho falls.

Wally's did a great job with my oil change. Their staff was professional and curtious. I will definitely make Wallys my new oil change spot and highly recommend them
