Came here for an oil change last year and yall disabled my cruise control like instantly quit working the second i got passed silverwood. first time i went to another shop besides family ones yeah never again.

this place is terrible. Terrible customer service and terrible prices. You might as well. Just become a mechanic yourself unless you want to spend $1 million to do the simplest things.

Sent my 16 yr old son to do this task. They used the wrong oil in my truck! Also they told him that they don't rotate tires,thoughhe is sure he saw them rotating tires on the vehicle in front of him and then we saw that it's an option on their paperwork. This was an awful experience though I had a good one previously. We won't be back. So disappointed

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told the rotation would be $20. There was nothing said about a 'winter' tire rotation price.
On checking my receipt, I was charged for 6 lugs/large tires for $39.99. My tires are 5 lug/standard equipment.
When I called, I was told it was the winter tire price. That isn't what my receipt says. When put on hold for the manager, they hung up.
Nothing but problems with this place.

Prompt, courteous, friendly service. They explained the various options and didn't engage in high pressure to choose the most expensive for my 11½ year old car. I'll be back. And the waiting room is comfortable and attractive, as well.

Fast service, friendly.
My car was leaving oil stains on the ground after my last oil change. Tech was very apologetic but professional. He didn't blame anyone and simply stated, 'we didn't clean the skid plate well.' The tech cleaned up, checked my oil to make sure it wasn't a leak, apologized again, and sent me on my way. I was very impressed with the team mentality and his reluctance to blame another tech.
